Used Kats multiple times. Always professional, polite, clean and reliable. More often than not get show up early, which is great. Helpful in walking thru issues and offering advice. Will continue to be my go to for HVAC services. Great job by Louie this season on my AC units.

My AC unit went bad and I called up Kats. With my entire HVAC system coming up on 30 years old, I knew it would be time to replace it. Giovanni took my call and was out within the hour to give me a free estimate. (BTW, he’s the owner and took the call, I never had to deal with any automated machines or a receptionist). He broke it down and gave me a number of options within the same day. I cancelled all other estimates I had scheduled because i knew i found the right company. He was very professional and answered any and all questions. I thought the price would be really high but I was actually surprised with the options I was provided with. On the day of the install, Eddy and Louie came out and were also very professional. There was a third guy but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. Eddy explained everything and showed me the work he had done answering any questions I had. This is a great local company that’s available 24/7 and I will surely be using them going forward. Skip the big companies and give these guys a call, they won’t disappoint.

We had a great experience with Kats Heating and Cooling! They showed up promptly within the window they said they’d be there, they were respectful and professional, and they were priced competitively. We had our HVAC system repaired in less than 24 hours and it has worked perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received, highly recommend them.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! This company and the people who work for them are absolutely amazing. I have used them several times with the most recent being yesterday. Angel came and he was here for hours trying to fix my AC unit that decided to just stop working. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to happen to resolve my issues. I will never call any other company except KATS and feel so happy I FINALLY have a go to for all my heating and cooling needs! Thanks, again, Angel. You truly are an Angel!! 😇

Wow I can’t believe what great work these guys did and then they cleaned up behind themselves awesome complete professionals I want to seafood company and a produce company I completely recommend these guys they are very knowledgeable and the answer all the questions you have patiently and accurately When you look how everything is set up it looks like a picture everything is level all the pipes are nice and neat and the ductwork looks amazing
