Louie was very courteous, professional, and was able to fix my issue quickly. I’m very appreciative Louie was able to service our issue so quickly since we have family coming in this weekend. Called on a Wednesday for quote on a/c installation and had it installed on Friday. Very responsive and courteous. Eddie and Angel were polite and efficient installation techs. Feeling the cold air now! Would highly recommend.

Great service and very responsive! We had a 25 year old HVAC system that we knew was on it's way out. When it did fail, Giovanni came the same day to give us a few options. Three days later, Eddie and Angel came and installed a new HVAC system. They were great! Very polite, professional and left our basement clean. I'm glad we found them.

This is one of the most professional service companies I've worked with. Responsive, timely, friendly and courteous. I like the automated features where they update me on tech arrivals and details via text and send proposals and receive approvals online. Giovani is very responsive. There was a miscommunication about a proposal and they resolved it to my benefit which was very appreciated. Luis and Angel were extremely professional and friendly when onsite for service. I've used Kats Heating and Cooling to have a new HVAC system installed in summer of 2022. They were professional throughout the installation, friendly, and answered all questions I had about the new system. They made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and cleaned up when they were finished. I decided to purchase the annual furnace and A/C yearly tune-up since the price was reasonable and I wanted to keep the new HVAC system maintained on a yearly basis. Luis performed the annual A/C cleaning and tune-up last week and was on-time and professional throughout. I've been happy with the service Kats has provided since the installation and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

My AC was not blowing cold air. I called and Louie came out and found one of the wires on my furnace vibrated loose, causing a loss of power to the outside unit. It was fixed in 15 minutes and now I have a cool house! Very quick and professional service.

Kats has been always been responsive, reliable and competitively priced. They installed a new furnace several years ago and I have continued to use them for maintenance. This last visit for HVAC maintenance Luis G. came and he did a great job and explained what he did and showed me before and after pictures of what he cleaned.
