Bought my HVAC last year and just had my annual service by Louie. Very professional, on time, and friendly.

Had a great experience with Kats Heating and cooling! Giovanni was so great to fit me in to his schedule take a look at my furnace that had gone out. He kept me informed of when he would be arriving to my condo for the repair and was honest about what was the best solution. I appreciate him taking the time and look forward to using Kats in the future.

Our furnace stopped running on a very cold January Sunday morning. Giovanni was at my house in less than an hour. He had our furnace running and our home warm in no time at all. Unfortunately, our furnace needed to be retired after 27 years of service. Giovanni was able to replace our furnace the next morning as promised. Giovanni provided fast, knowledgeable and friendly service. He will be my HVAC man moving forward. I highly recommend Kats heating and cooling.

I recently purchased my first tri-level home with the original AC and furnace (installed 2007), but after spending over 9 months using the original system I decided that it was time to upgrade my system. After meeting with one other company, I had the Kats team come out and give me an evaluation and estimate. By the end of that meeting I was certain these were the guys I wanted installing my new system. The owner Gio was able to diagnose the frustrations and problems I expressed with my existing unit and provided me with the perfect system for what I was looking to achieve. Within one full day of running our new system, the difference was so undeniable that I felt compelled to take the time to write this review. The inconsistency in temperature I had been experiencing across different rooms/levels of my house was completely gone, and I actually had to double check the system was running because of how quite the new system is! I actually did not realize how bad (and loud) it was before, until I had the new system installed. Had I known the drastic improvement I was going to experience immediately, I would have definitely made the move sooner. Thank you to the whole Kats team for delivering exactly what you promised, the highest quality and a solution to my problems! I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market!
