Moe is great! He came out today to check my AC & spent time doing a thorough check & clean of the unit, explained some issues, & he's such a nice guy!

The service tech, Moe, was very thorough and courteous. He wanted to do the best job possible. He wanted to be make sure that the unit could handle the summer.

Mo comes to my house twice a year, always him. He is punctual, knowledgeable, and tells me what I might need done. He doesn't BS you. He is the absolute best!!!! Give him a raise!!!!

I called Friday night about the heating issue, and an appointment was made for 7 a.m. the following morning. Mike was prompt and efficient. He explained the problem (lockout and flame sensing issue) well and fixed it in 20 minutes. I'm glad the house is warm again!

Robert Krause came to our home in early Oct. to give us an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner.
We had 2 other estimates already, and decided that Doornbos was definitely the "top" company to deal with. Bob was very professional, and made us feel good about our decision. The installation took place the following week. Nick and Jamien arrived on time and worked so well together. They were
very hard workers, and are also "well deserving" to be commended for doing such a fine job. They explained everything thoroughly, and made sure all questions we had were answered. We want to say that Bob, Nick, and Jamien are all assets to Doornbos, and we have highly recommended them to others. The sheet metal work between the furnace and the plenum was an outstanding job! We have had our old units in for 49 years and hope the new ones will last that long! (HA)

Hats off to brothers Simon & Kristoff for their impeccable work on the replacement of my 22 year old heating/ac systems with a new Carrier 3.5 ton high efficiency unit & a 2 stage furnace. Having a trade background, I expect quality workmanship & they surpassed my expectations. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, & efficient. At days end, they checked both systems to make sure everything was working properly. They did the job once & did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys. I also use Doornbos for yearly maintenance of both systems.

Just wanted to say what a great guy Robert Krause was in helping my husband and I choose a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. He was very professional and listened to our needs. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of everything. He was not pushy at all and answered all our questions. The installers were great Jamien P. and Nick C. were very professional and didn't leave a mess. They showed us how to use the thermostat and left all the manuals in a nice container attached to the furnace. I highly recommend Doornbos Heating & Air Conditioning.

We are new homeowners and the baseboard radiator in our bathroom wasn’t working and then it developed a leak. Mike showed up quickly, fixed the leak before we had any serious property damage and got our radiator back up and running. It’s nice to have heat in our bathroom for the first time since we moved in.
