We had these guys come out and do an HVAC inspection on the furnace and AC unit, since I'm trying to sell the house. Their was an issue that just occurred and they came out and made sure that everything was working. Pricing is reasonable and if you have any questions, the service tech is knowledgeable and is able to explain what's going on (once he/she knows what the issue is). I wouldn't want anyone else working on my furnace or AC unit.

Crew was very professional and efficient. They removed the old furnace and installed a new high efficient unit in only 6 hours including clean up. You don't see that too offen.

Jake from Premier Heating and Air Conditioning was incredibly professional and explained everything that he was doing. This is very important to me because I always feel as if I never get my monies worth. Also of great importance was that "Premier" was the only one who would show up the day of the call whereas others would not. When I got the call that Jake (from Premier) was 5 minutes from arrival, he actually arrived in 5 minutes. Because of Jake, Premier will always be my first call for my Heating and Cooling needs.

Purchase this home in Nampa November of 2015, built in 1995. The home had not been upgraded at all. We have been doing up grades on the home for about 8 months now. We did not want to replace the heating / cooling system for awhile. NOT! The blower motor started making noise and a day later it died. Being new to Idaho I got on Google and searched for furnace repair company. Premier Heating and Air Conditioning came up with a 5 star rating and great reviews. They came out for a service call. Yep the blower motor was out. We did not want to put any money into a twenty year old furnace so we went for a new system. Premier Heating and Air Conditioning work with Carrier products, a well known brand. It seams Willis Carrier design the first modern air conditioning system in 1902. So they have been around a long time. We went over all the system option that are available and decided on a great system with a humidifier for the size of the house. They installed a new system the next day. Show up on time, the crew work together very well and did a great job. I have a background in construction and apartment maintenance. Premier Heating and Air Conditioning paid attention to detail in every way, including insulation all the duct work in the furnace area, Instructed me on how to use the programmable thermostat and how the two stage system work. They hauled all the old equipment away and cleaned up the job site. Could not ask for a better job with the nicest people. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Know wonder they have a 5 star rating. It should be a 10 star rating. If you call them, tell the Steve sent you. Thanks.

I called the office and was set up for same day service at no extra charge. The technician got right to work and was able to fix some faulty wiring within an hour. I really appreciate the in and out service, and he still managed to make it a friendly experience. I would go with this company again.

I highly recommend Premier Heating and Air Conditioning. Don visited my home very quickly to help with a blower issue. He was professional, very knowledgeable and the price was awesome!

There seems to be a lot of company's out there who are taking advantage of us. I was quoted over $800 for a cleaning and servicing by a major HVAC company, was told "would be cheaper to just buy a new unit". Premier quoted me a great price, arrived promptly, was very friendly, and did an amazing job. They have become my exclusive HVAC provider. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I just called Premier Heating & Air Conditioning Inc because of the ratings here. I wasn't disappointed. I was so impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and teamwork of the entire staff to remedy the situation. Great service is hard to find nowadays but they go beyond the call of duty for their customers. Give them a try!

Don and Clint have always done excelent work for a fair price. I recently had a different company tell me that I needed a whole new furnace, I called Premier for a second opinion and they had it up and running for a fraction of the cost with no need to replace the furnace. I will only use premier!

Don and his team were awesome! They showed up when they said they would, explained everything in advance, and were some of the most polite and thoughtful contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. Definitely a 5-star worthy company!
