They went above and beyond when my daughters furnace stopped working and checked back after the job was done to insure everything was working well.. This was a great relief since she was a single mom with a tiny baby to care for and it was in the middle of winter. Thank you so much for caring

I am so grateful to Don at Premier! My disabled mother had been using another heating and air company for the last two years and after review of all the invoices it was clear she was being taken advantage of. After the other company's last "tune up" her AC unit wouldn't cool. They told her she needed an $800 part to fix the issue. Don quickly found that the previous company had put a pound and a half more Freon than needed which kept the unit from cooling. He had the unit up and running quickly and was respectful and knowledgeable. We will only use premier from now on!

I had a great experience with these guys. They replaced all of the 20-year old equipment in our house and I've been extremely pleased with the results. Clint was very thorough when he first came out and asked me a lot of questions about how my current furnace and AC were working and then made some great suggestions on how to improve the comfort in a few of our rooms that have always been way different in temperature versus the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend them.

I replaced my furnace in February 2019, right in the middle of a local snow dump that hit our neighborhood, and my old furnace said goodbye. I was offered a Trane model, and still feel pretty good about it. The technician brought it the next day and did fantastic job with finding the best possible, but definitely not the easiest way to do the piping, leaving zero mess behind. Very happy about the result.

They were thorough with the instructions of turning it off and on and even called an oil company to find out prices for me to get it filled. I will definitely be using them for any other issues.

We have used and trusted Premier for over nine years. Today, when the temperature is supposed to hit 102 degrees, the air conditioning quit working. Premier was called early this morning and by 10:00 a.m. the air conditioning unit was repaired and we again have cold air. Premier is honest, efficient, reliable and provides excellent value. They are our go-to service provider for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.

Called initially a week ago because the blower motor was making noise, suspected bearings were going bad after 20 yrs of continuous use. Called around noon and a tech (one of the owners, actually) was out that afternoon to have a look. Replaced the capacitor which tested a little low.

Called again yesterday because the blower noise changed significantly. Sounded like it had finally seized up. Again, a tech came out that day. Ended up replacing the blower motor. Great service and professionalism, and was credited for the capacitor replacement.
