Shane phoned & let me know about what time to expect him. Communication was clear, he was prompt, efficient and answered my questions about heating A/C system in new to me home. Completed system tune up in clean professional manner. Shane was great! Would call Premier again.

The good news is that they were very responsive and friendly and came out within an hour of me calling. The bad is that I got charged a $70 diagnostic fee in addition to a $105 fee for them to clean my flame sensor (which takes about two minutes tops). Seems rather excessive for such a simple and easy fix.

We have been with Premier since 2008. They have always done excellent work at very reasonable prices. When we've been faced with emergencies or issues, they have proven to be dependable and fast. Clint and Cody are very honest and trustworthy guys. I highly recommend Premier for all your furnace and related needs.

I don't like writing reviews on the internet. But I had to on this one.
Let's be honest, no one wants to call someone to repair things. It costs money and time and ultimately I just want the furnace to work. Why won't it work?! It was working yesterday! What changed?
I Googled things. Lots of things. I tried things. Most of them failed. I even tried to convince myself that 59°F wasn't THAT cold. But as the shivers of my children began to shake the house, I knew I wasn't gonna figure this out. So I called around. I called at least 6 other places before I found these guys. Their price for a diagnosis was better than most and the wait time was less than everyone else.
The fix was a small thing but it was a "I'm definitely not trained for this" thing. And I won't say that James fixing my furnace saved my family and marriage, but I am suggesting he take the rest of the week off with pay. He can even stop by my now cozy, warm home. Thanks, Premier.

Very responsive to our heat problems and fixed quickly. Clint and crew of James and Drew knowledgeable and experienced. Really happy with new furnace. And they even called later to confirm everything ok and to know if I had trouble to call. Recommend highly.

I absolutely give Premier Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. a five star rating. Outstanding service and a professional attitude throughout the entire process. Clint Green gave me a great quote for the cost. He made sure that the job was done right! They had a big crew working on my project. Everyone was busy working and everything flowed smoothly. Only took them a day to complete the task. Clint gave me an option of installing an independent heating and cooling system in my bonus room. I have had problems with the heat in that room the entire time we have lived here. The system they installed in the bonus room is awesome! I am completely happy. Now I can use my TV room in the summertime. They also installed a new furnace and AC unit. My house is so comfortable! Something that Clint did really surprised me. Three days later he called me and asked me how everything was working. I haven't seen this kind of service in a long, long time. I highly recommend Premier Heating & Air Conditioning!

Premier Heating was so helpful in getting our air turned on quickly during our remodel. We were having issues with the drywall taking awhile to dry due to cooler weather and they came out with two hours notice to get it warming up the house and help with our construction timeline. They were so friendly and accommodating!

Don and his crew were punctual, and professional. They removed the furnace & AC unit and installed the new HVAC system in less than 5 hours. We highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. Honest company. I called them at 4pm thinking I might have to get a whole new air conditioner and almost assuredly a new compressor, and by 5pm they were done with a $100 repair. Definitely recommend them. Didn't take advantage of my inexperience as an A/C customer at all.

These guys are top notch. I usually do not go with the lowest bid, but I was impressed by Don and decided to go with them.
