I chose Premier to replace an aging furnace & AC unit after obtaining four bids. Don gave me a very competitive bid then Don, Clint, Drew & Michael did the install. They were very professional, honest, friendly and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I switched from Trane to Carrier and changed companies as well. 19 years ago we built our house and Premier Installed our heating and air conditioner. We have been having them do the yearly maintenance on our system and here we are still with the same unit. They are a top notch high class business with amazing people who care about you. I have referred my family and neighbors all to them, we came home from a camping trip to an 85 degree house, I made a call around 6 pm when we got home expecting to get an answering machine but one of the owners answered and 1st thing that next morning they were at our house determine what needed repaired. By that afternoon our unit was fixed and the house was cooling down. All of their employees are great and I have trusted them with my garage code to begin the maintenance service when I couldn’t be there. Local great business. I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Premier enough. Trustworthy, fast, and they've always fit me into their schedule quickly even in the busy seasons. Solid people. I've never felt lied to or like they charge too much.

Our AC unit stopped running yesterday evening and the house was 85 degrees by midnight. I left them a message and Clint called me back this morning. It's 100 degrees out today. I have to assume they are busy. An hour after talking to Clint, James came out and got our AC unit up and running. It was a bad capacitor and he switched it out quickly.
After five years of good experiences across the board I feel like I owe them a review. Great company.

The repair guys that came over to my house were super helpful and professional. We got a really good price on our new A/C and heating unit. Will definitely be using their services again and recommend them to family and friends.

Our furnace was acting up earlier in the week and was blowing cold air. I was able to get it reset to producing warm air but wanted someone to come out to perform some routine maintenance. Premier was able to schedule us the next day. The technician was on time, very professional and did a great job getting the maintenance done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he found. We highly recommend using Premier for your heating and cooling needs.

We called premier Sunday evening during the Super Bowl and they were out first thing the next morning to fix the the furnace. They were very knowledgeable and patient with their questions. Great communication, prompt service and fair pricing. Pretty much everything you look for in a service business. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our basement remodel this year.

I had called a number of Heating and Air Conditioning businesses around the area and Premier was able to get to the home owners residence quickly. We were called promptly with the items that needed repaired, given a quote (which was the most reasonable of all of the quotes I received), and when they could get the work done, (which was sooner than anyone else).
The work was done and our customer was happy.
