I had such a great experience working with Premier. They were quick to respond to my initial request for a bid. Don came out to the house and was friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He explained things thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Even if their bid had come back more expensive than the competitors, I would have gone with them anyway because I enjoyed working with them so much more. Felt like they cared about my project instead of just looking at it as another gig. They put in a new gas line for both a furnace and a range, and installed a gas furnace all in a day's work. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and considerate. - I greatly enjoyed working with them. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Highly recommend. I had them add extra capacity for supply and return. I also had my heater die (after it was inspected / tuned up by another well known company 2 weeks prior), they were out at my house in ~1-2h from the call. They found that I had an intermittent gas valve that needed to be replaced. I opted to replace the unit due to the age. They brought out electric space heaters to use while the new unit was on order. The new system was installed two days later. I was very impressed with service, the quality of work, and their timeliness. Very professional and great prices! I rarely would write such praise, but it also seems so rare to find companies that truly care about their customers and their quality of work!

Really friendly, quick and high quality service. I've had Premier out twice, once for my AC and recently for my furnace. Both times the technician was on site in less than 3 hours and fixed my equipment without trying to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Their prices are totally reasonable as well. They are the only people that I will deal with.

Clint came out to give us an estimate on the day and time he said he would. After accepting his bid, Clint showed up with his crew on the date and time we had scheduled the install(on time! A big thumbs up!) We had scheduled to have our ducts cleaned the day of the install. Clint and his crew were more than accommodating with the duct cleaning company. The install went flawless and the work he and his crew did is emaculate. The system works great. Upon completing the install, all the trash was completely picked up and hauled away by he and his crew. Premier Heating and Air is a local company owned by a local guy who cares about his customers.

Highly recommend! Clint and Don are so professional and the type of guys you immediately feel comfortable with and can trust. They are so timely with communication via email and by phone, and always prompt with appointments. We had a complicated ductless system installed in our new home and they did an incredible job with the whole process from rough in to trim. Out of all of our contractors hired for the whole building process, Clint and Don were my favorite. Oh...and their prices are very reasonable! You can't go wrong with this HVAC company.

My heater at home cut out and my whole package unit was needing to be replaced. I had a few companies out for quotes and Premier was by far the best! Great value but also very professional and timely. They were able to get me scheduled quick and the install only took about half a day.

I had another 5-star company scheduled to repair our a/c that had stopped cooling, but they were unable to send some one until a week out. Called Premier and they responded with a tech within 2-hrs. James (15 yrs with the company), diagnosed the issue, replaced the part within an hour, and saved our lives in this long triple-digit heat wave. Very pleased & thankful! Go Premier!

We called Premier soon after we moved to an old house, with an old heating system. They evaluated our system, and repaired a few "bugs."
When the old furnace gives up, we will not hesitate to have them install a new one. Service is prompt and they are professional and polite.

We are very grateful for Premier. My furnace broke at about 3pm one recent winter afternoon. I called Premier and they had someone out within the hour and fixed it before the close of business that day, all at a reasonable cost. My service repair man wore a mask and was careful to distance which I greatly appreciated. Three cheers for Premier!
