Advanced went above and beyond to work with the supplier of my AC unit to get a problem resolved when it failed just a few weeks out of warranty. It took the supplier 3 weeks to get the part in and Advanced kept my AC running in the meantime. They had to come out twice to get me by and never charged me a dime. If I could give them 1000 stars I would! If you need service or repair, look no further, these guys (and gals..thanks Angie) will take care of you. If you are installing a new system or building a new home, I would insist on Advanced. Service after the sale is how you sort out the good from the bad and my experience was incredible. This Summer I have had to replace 3 AC Units in rentals and and service one in my personal residence. Eric B has been extremely responsive. Always answers his phone. The work is done very quickly. My personal house has not had any more problems, and I haven't heard of any problems the the tenants whose AC units were replaced. Great experience!

Advanced H&C are top notch and would highly recommend. Their srvc tech Alex Guerrero did such an excellent job on my furnace 2/14/2018, that I called them to do a service and repair for one of my listings 2/26/2018. Apollo Peltier went above and beyond!! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

We were very pleased in all respects with Advanced H&C. We made the appointment over the phone, Apollo called to give us a time to expect him, and was efficient, personable, & knowledgeable when servicing the air conditioner. We would recommend Advanced!

An owner of a house called for us to take a look at their furnace that was annually checked off by Advanced Heating and Air. After having to clean all the crud off every inch of the furnace, and got it finally running, (replacing parts that go against state code as well), not every vent was blowing efficiently. After crawling around under the house, the flex was so poorly installed, the wyes were not insulated nor sealed tight. To add a major problem, they installed a 12 inch flex on a 10 inch wye, surprise surprise it came off, so we had to replace the incorrect size wye with the right size. Poor house owner had air flowing under the house for who knows how long and stayed in a cold house. The materials were cheap and deteriorated over a course of like, 5 years. They had also left a major mess under the house. Just what you get for paying for overpriced goods and services.

I have dealt with Advanced for years. Quick response as usual and never fails to happen on the flippin weekend and after 8pm. I was out of town as well and my gal came home from work late to no heat Apollo was on top of it and made it work. Had to get another part and come back a day or so later and kept me updated all the while. Best guy ever...The way you would expect. One word. AWESOME. Thank you. Give Apollo a raise !

Absolutely the worst people to have work on your home. Costs exceeded estimate by $2000. They did not pass inspections. Could not get them to come out and fix there own mistakes. Now they want to charge me service fees to come fix a unit that is under warranty that is malfunctioning. We had to send certified letters to them just to get them to call us. When I told them that I was going to report them to the BBB they told me, "Good luck with that." We are making a formal complaint with Home Depot and are having to get an attorney involved. After doing more research I see that this is pretty typical for them.

Apollo and the team at Advanced have always been extremely responsive, professional and easy to work with. I am the former owner of a property management company and worked with many heating and air companies in my business. Advanced offers exceptional service.

Apollo came out to do a winter check of my furnace and was wonderful. Not only did he make sure everything was running well, but he allowed my giant enthusiastic dog to follow him around. I now have a new company to depend on with my heating and AC needs.
