This company has some serious internal issues. They harassed me for moths to pay a statement, we called and provided payment and they still continued to harass us for payment only for us to realize that they had linked my account to some random address that I’ve never lived at. They threatened to put me in collections for this and it wasn’t even my address they were billing me for.

I’ll never use them again.

Advanced is the best in town! From prices to customer service they cannot be beat. Install team of Doug and Wyatt did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit. They were on time, communicated through the whole process and customer service was great. So glad I chose Advanced for this job.

The furnace they installed does not have a filter and does not pass code. The furnace exhaust rests directly on the 2×4s of an interior wall creating, as Intermountain gas put it, an extremely dangerous fire hazard. Subsequently, my furnace was turned off by the inspector from Intermountain gas and tagged as unsafe to operate in January. So I'm sceptical as to whether an inspection had ever been done after Advanced finished their installation. Now, I have to pay another company to replace a working furnace that will probably burn my house down for one that won't. Don't be me! Make sure you have the finished product inspected for safety!

Loving this company right now! Have used several times now and never been disappointing. Last week asked them to replace a house full of old failing equipment, including two furnaces, AC, humidifier and water heater. They gave me a great quote compared to another company (using the same hardware) and they turned around and installed the next day because I was leaving town. They had three crews come out and get everything hammered out in ~5 hours! Eric B. handled everything, from coming out to assess the house and pull the quote together, through the finishing touches of ensuring the filter setup was all ready to go. Fantastic, professional, personalized service. Dawn from the office called and coordinated with me (and Eric) all the inspection and follow up to make sure everything was wrapped up to my satisfaction. Honestly can't think of how Advanced could have done better.

Advanced H&C was SO quick to come to our house and tune up our furnace. The technician was really knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend and their price is less than competitors in the area.

I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling. They charge a $79 diagnostic fee but if there is a repair, they apply that towards it. The company was very efficient in getting me scheduled promptly. Eric was my service guy, he was awesome. He took his time in figuring out what the problem was with my furnace. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Eric and Advanced Heating and Cooling.

I called Advanced this morning because our furnace could not keep up with the December temperatures, and our house was COLD. I was worried that our 12 year-old furnace finally needed replaced. I was relieved to be told someone could come today between 4 & 6 PM. By 2:30 I was offered an earlier slot and gladly accepted. Apollo arrived soon after the call and was able to quickly diagnose and fix a simple problem with our furnace. I know nothing about HVAC stuff and could have easily been convinced that we needed to purchase a whole new furnace or have an expensive repair done. Instead my furnace was fixed in about 25 minutes and all I paid for was a tune up. Apollo was very friendly, and even took the time to show me how to fix the simple problem on my own next time! I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be using these guys for future tune-ups and repairs.

Can't say enough about how great the team at Advanced Heathing is. Rescued us twice this year. Great responce time(we live in Emmett) and stellar customer service. Learned a lot from Donnie, who is about the smartest, nicest, most professional person I have met. Hope you have a prosperous 2022 and thank you again for keeping us cool/warm.

Thank you to Steven Bernard and his team at advanced heating and cooling. We called early this morning due to having difficulties with our air conditioner that a previous company was unable to determine. Steven was out to our store in just a few hours. Thanks to his honesty and intelligence we were able to get things going again. And feel comfortable knowing that we are in good hands.

In 100 degrees weather our air conditioner quit. We have had a bad experiences with a different company last year so I was nervous calling another company. Advanced Heating & Cooling sent A great service man Apollo. He was quick, accurate and professional. We will always use this company. And, it didn't cost a fortune. Great company!!
