Advanced Heating & Cooling

I have a service agreement with Advanced and Apollo completed the winter check-up. It was nice to get a call to let me know when he was on his way. The check-up was quick and efficient and he answered all of my questions. Thank you for the great service!

Apollo did an excellent job with our HVAC maintenance. He showed up early! He was incredibly nice and was very thorough. I will definitely use Advanced in the future.

Had an appointment scheduled for a time slot between 1 and 5. Called at 5, they said he was running behind and would be there by 530-6. Finally got a call at 7. Update: so scheduling was a little rough, however when Eric came out it was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to address my concerns. Will update after the job is completed.

Our AC unit stopped working the other day. I contacted Jason from Advanced Heating & Cooling, he responded to me right away and had a service guy out within the hour. Kurt was fantastic and got me up and running right away. These guys are awesome!

I had no problem getting an appointment. Apollo was there right on time. He showed respect for my home and my family. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave me the documents I needed to finish certification of my Certified Family Home. I WILL be calling them on a regular basis from now on.

Eric just finished making repairs that restored functional heating and cooling to the half of our house that was an addition. As he progressed in the job, he ended up finding out that part of the job that originally looked like it needed work was actually in good condition, so he was honest in letting me know that it looked ok and he didn't need to repair that part. It saved me a lot of money. I appreciated the prompt,honest, professional service and communication.

Our AC went out, we called the company that installed it, they couldn’t get to us until possibly Wednesday of this nxt week. A friend suggested Advanced Heating and Cooling they showed up within an hour of us calling them. I will definitely use this Company for all our Heating and Cooling needs. My furnace just stopped working this morning. I work long hours and was very grateful for Eric to come in the evening just an hour after we called and, with a great attitude, check out the problem and fix it. He didn't rush in spite of the late time and was friendly and professional. Thank you!
