Advanced Heating & Cooling

We have used Advanced Heating and Cooling since we replaced our furnace and A/C in 2012. They gave us the best price for our replacement and have provided great service to us ever since, even when we had some problems with our new unit (not their fault). We didn’t pay any extra money and they kept working on it until all problems were fixed. We are currently on a service plan and we love that they keep track of when service is needed and contact us to schedule. Apollo usually does our service and he is professional, friendly, and thorough. We feel really comfortable having him in our house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Advanced Heating and Cooling.

Our AC broke under warrantee. Was a pretty big deal. Advanced couldn’t have been better. From the one who answered to phone, Jamie (amazing), to the follow up call. Top notch service. Super impressed with how they handled it. Donnie (technician) was super polite, professional, skilled. He soldered our coils himself and fixed it!!!! Thank you! The Best!

I bought the heater/ac service from a card I got in the mail. It was a good price! Apollo came out in the winter to service the heater and did an excellent job. He even looked at my fireplace that I was having issues with. He also did my AC check this morning. Apollo is super friendly and didn't try to sell me items I didn't need. I will always use advanced heating and cooling! They even reminded me it was time for my AC check. When they couldn't reach me by phone to schedule my summer check because I changed my number they sent an email and letter to the house. They didn't just give up even though they had already been paid. They made sure I was notified. Thank you! Awesome customer service!

Eric B was extremely helpful. He came to do maintenance, and he walked me through the setup of my furnace and showed me what he was looking for, showed me the areas to monitor for the future, and how to do a quick diagnosis of my furnace if I run into issues in the future, and even how to change out a few parts myself and maybe save some money on a service call for a simple fix. Will definitely request him again for any future repairs.

Advanced also set up a new furnace in our previous house, and they did a *fantastic* job, the ducting and installation was so much cleaner and better organized than our older furnace. We've really had good experiences with them.

I used the online scheduling tool and got an immediate, automated response: "Hi Craig! We received your request and are working to fulfill it.". For days and no further contact. I responded to their automated response asking if they had an estimate for service. No response. I submitted a second online request and got the same immediate "working to fulfill it" response. Several hours later I submitted an online request to Ultimate Heating and Air. I received an immediate response and personal phone call. They sent a tech to the house and we were back up and running in 45 minutes. So I can't really say much about Advanced's actual service because I never got to use it. But their online scheduler really sucks. Maybe I should have just picked up the phone, but...... Problem solved, albeit with another service provider.

Eric his crew came out today and installed a dual zone mini-split HVAC system in my garage today. They did a GREAT job. I am very detail oriented, and picky. They worked like they were doing it for their own home.
Brian, Christian, and Dan did the install.
Very skilled and very professional.
Two of my neighbors had similar systems installed in their garages by the same company, Advanced Heating and Cooling.

Our AC went out today. 108° outside. I called Advanced Heating and Air because I know they are honest reliable and they have integrity. They weren't able to get me in for two days. I was totally fine with that. Two hours later, I got a call and they were able to come today!!! Answered prayer!!! Our system was up and running in no time. Dwight came out and was very professional and honest. I highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air!

James Stephens with Advanced is getting this 5 star review. My only contact really with Advanced heating and Cooling was there Service Tech/warranty guy (James). He came out to work on my AC unit that had some issues, and he was fantastic. Very professional and his managers need to know he is worth every penny they spend on him(you need to pay him more). Thanks James for your help today!

Apollo came out to do the pre-summer check of my AC unit. He is professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing. This is the second time since I've been living in this house that I've needed to call someone. The first time was at about 10 at night and Apollo arrived within minutes and took care of everything quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advanced Heating to anyone in need of servicing.
