Go somewhere else! The first technician couldn't troubleshoot my system wanted to schedule for two days out in the middle of 100 degree temps, still had to pay for service technician. Then they charged $1500 for a warranty item on a system they installed 15 months earlier.

During the recent string of 100 degree days our AC unit suddenly quit working. I've known Brandon Romero for years and he's always been someone I knew I could count on. He connected me with Angie who got us on the schedule the same day even though they were already very busy. I expected to have to wait a day or two so that was a pleasant surprise. Apollo showed up that afternoon and had the problem diagnosed in no time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to the fact the unit wasn't working. A true professional! Even though it appeared everything was functioning properly, he took the extra time to check everything out again and make sure it was good before he left. Apollo, you are the man! Thank you Team Advanced Heating and Cooling for saving the day!!!

The reason we use Advanced is because last Summer when our air conditioner went out, they came out that day! When I called another service first, they told me it was going to be another week before they could get out to me. This Summer our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, so Apollo came out. Granted, they were slammed that day. My appointment was between 4pm and 7pm, but he didn't get there until almost 8:30pm, but the fact that he still came out was great! He had our air conditioner working in no time! Apollo was quick and efficient! We most likely will need to replace our a/c unit next Summer, it's been almost 20 years, but we'll be making that purchase with Advanced!!

My son Scott from Thermal Supply referred me to Advanced Heating & Cooling because my friend Anne's heater had stopped working . I spoke with Eric B who was out to help her within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the fuse and her heat was back on. He was cheerful, personable and explained everything and let her know that he would be back if it happened again. We have used Advanced for several years, because they are responsive, fair, and straightforward. They don't try to up-sell needlessly, and they will answer every question. In an age when good service is hard to come by, Advanced stands out. Apollo has been our service guy for awhile now, and he's been unfailingly polite and helpful. Would recommend without reservation.

Advanced always has great service. Called them at 10p, got a call back at 6a the next morning. Apollo had my A/C diagnosed and fixed my 11a the next morning on a 100 degree day. Cant beat that for service. Reasonable pricing as well. I use them for all my Furnace and A/C needs.

Eric of Advanced Heating & Cooling came by to give us our first yearly maintenance check-up on both our heater and air conditioner. Super friendly and informative guy. Showed me some basic stuff and did a great job. I'm scheduling them yearly maintenance in outlook!

Had a capacitor go out when it was 100+ degrees out and had no cold air coming through the vents. Called Advanced and they had someone out within an hour. The issue was resolved within 15min and my AC is now working great. The technician even threw in a few filters since mine was in horrible condition. Great service, will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend.

Eric came out and serviced my system. He brought to my attention that I had an Igniter that was losing power as the system is 12 years old. Said it should be fine for this upcoming year, also the inducer motor was making noise when the system would fire up. Due to the age it had a bearing going out. Also let me know, I should be good for the year, but might be an issue. Eric said not to worry we will be out if your system doesn’t fire up, those would be the two reasons. He didn’t try to push me to have it done this week when he came out, just giving me a heads up. I had him go ahead and come back out to change out those issues that at some point would fail. Its nice to know that I was given honest feedback and let me make my mind up on what I should do. Also, he was able to quickly fix why our evaporator was not working as well. Thanks for your honesty Advanced Heating and Cooling!!!!

We had an odd request to tidy up some insulation around our furnace/transition ducks in our crawl space that was left in chaos from a previous vendor that installed our furnace. Advanced Heating was able to work with us effectively via email/phone to quote the job, were on time (actually early), friendly and prices were reasonable. In fact, the original company that left the mess not only wouldn't fix the issue as part of the original job but quoted us 5 times what Advanced Heating did to deal with it. In the end, Advanced were honest and ended up charging less than the quote since it wasn't as bad as they thought. I would definitely work with them again.
