Eric did an awesome job of explaining what exactly was wrong with our furnace! He was very nice and professional, and was understanding about my crazy dogs barking. He found out what was wrong with our furnace quickly, and even though he had to order the part that needed replaced, he was back the next day to fix it once the part came in. It was a pleasent experience considering the crappy circumstances!

We are a local property management company and have been using Advanced for only 4 months. During this short period of time I fully trust their judgment and work ethic. A technician, Eric has gone out of his way to accommodate our company. He takes the time to personally tell me about each visit to all of our rental properties, even if he wasn’t the tech to service it. If there is a problem he offers multiple solutions and lets me know immediately what the issue is. They are usually very busy but he will always make time for any emergencies we have. Thank you !

I bought an older 2 story home that had a very inefficient HVAC system. I had AH&C come in and zone my home which lowered my monthly gas and electric bills considerably. When my old AC finally died they replaced my entire HVAC system at a very reasonable price. I have used Josh as my service tech for over 10 years. He goes above and beyond to help me with my greenhouse heating system as well as my home system. Angie, in the office, is always on top if everything when I call with a question or to schedule maintenance. I have been very happy with AH&C.

I was first working with another local company out of the area and had a feeling that what they were telling me wasn't completely true. In a bit of a panic I called Advanced Heating & Cooling, after normal work hours, to see if they could provide some input over the phone (they should have been my first call). Apollo picked up the phone and asked some pointed questions about the issue and we both came to the conclusion that the other information I was getting seemed a bit farfetched. Apollo was so helpful on the phone and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He showed up and diagnosed the issue, which was completely different than what the other company said. He was able to get my heat up and running the same night and then came back the next day once he had a more permanent solution as he needed a specific part that wasn't on his truck. The best part was the total cost was 1/7th of what the other company quoted. I was shocked. I'll be working with Apollo and Advanced Heating and Cooling on all future projects with my rental properties and primary residence. Highly recommended!

Great company to do business with. First thing that impressed me was them coming out on Saturday. The tech was able to diagnose the problem in about five minutes. It was a pretty cheap part and he didn't try to sell me on anything more then I needed. The tech(Ben) was a really nice fair guy and even worked with me on the price. I would definitely suggest them, and if something else happens with my AC I know just who to call.

The setup looks amazing, runs amazing. Honestly im glad i found these guy to come help me when my hvac went out. The whole setup looks great.

Advanced Heating and Air employee Eric Barajas came out to do a winter furnace check. He did a great job. He is honest, helpful and I feel he watches out for the customer's best interest. He came out in the summer and did an excellent job as well when my air conditioner decided not to work any more.

Advanced Heating Cooling has been doing a great job taking care of our furnace and air conditioner for 6 years now. Eric Barajas got us on the schedule right away. I'm a contractor and I know that dealing with customers and contractor's isn't always the easiest thing to do.
Alex serviced my AC unit and fixed the problem that I was having. He went over everything that he was doing so I understood what steps he was taking to get the AC working properly.
I tend to ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them for me.

Eric and Alex were at our house several times. Our AC was difficult to diagnose as it wouldn’t work at times. When it didn’t, we had to re-set the breaker.

I’ve never met two of the most knowledgeable and polite technicians. In addition, customer service gets five stars from us as well.

What could have been a miserable experience (temperatures hitting near 100), wasn’t so bad knowing you have several top-notch people working on it.
