Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

We found that the main water line to our home had been leaking into the side yard of our neighbors house. Wickstrom was contacted through our insurance and they were immediately in touch with me. They quickly did a review of the issue, then Kelly, who was very pleasant to deal with, set up a dig-line appointment and made extra effort to schedule the work to be done the next day. Jake & Joseph clearly discussed their plan to excavate the general area to find the pipe and the leak. They both were courteous and answered any questions clearly. They showed me what they found then quickly went to work on the repair. Afterwards they took care to clean up the area and gave some extra tips on what to watch for in the future. Great experience with Wickstrom!

Blake was very professional and spent a lot of time with us explaining our options for a new hot water heater. He also looked at our water pressure and was able to provide excellent advice regarding some of our plumbing issues and possible solutions. My wife and I came home last night to find our house was 80 degrees inside. The AC was blowing warm air and the AC exhaust fan outside was not working. It was 9:30pm and we figured we would just call Wickstrom first thing in the morning. I called them around and they said they would see if they could get someone to my house within the hour. They were here by 9:00am. Jason, my service tech was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem in minutes from my description. He found the capacitor was bad, fortunately it was a quick and easy repair.
This is the second time I've had to use Wickstrom in about a month. With everything going on in 2020, having reliable, honest and fast service is a comfort. I was smart when they came out for my last visit and I purchased the Advanced Service plan, I highly recommend one of their service packages, you never know when something is going to pop up and you may need service.

When I contacted my insurance company about a water leak in the front yard, they called Wickstrom to troubleshoot and repair the compromised pipes. It turned out to be a monumental job, but Kody and Jake did an awesome job and I couldn't have been more impressed. Wickstrom couldn't have asked for better representatives of their company. Jake and Kody were both as professional as can be, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and persevered through a long and hard day's work with a positive attitude, and doing a great job of answering questions along the way with patience and respect. I hadn't dealt with Wickstrom before, but after this great experience, they will be the first ones I call and I will be recommending Wickstrom whenever the subject comes up.
