Wickstrom is fantastic. It's easy to make an appointment with them. They communicate well, including sending a photo of the technician who will arrive. The technician arrived within the appointment time range given, and repaired the problems well and efficiently.

Max and Brandon were very friendly and efficient. Extremely professional repairing my water leak. They answered all my questions. I would recommend Wickstrom if you have a water leak. Thanks again for all your help, Pat

Wickstrom Plumbing is one of the best businesses we have dealt with. Their customer service is what everyone wishes for when they deal with a company, something not common these days. The gals at dispatch (Rochelle and Kelly) were always friendly, sympathetic and understanding; keeping us updated on the progress and schedule. The guys who showed up, (Max, Colton, Brandon and Kody) were always super polite and professional. We can't speak more highly of a company, the blue print of what every business should strive for. My outside plumbing system is covered by Home Serve. When my pipes failed they referred me to Wickstrom Plumbing. Kelly at Wickstrom set up an initial appointment and Cody came out. He said they would need to replace the whole pipe in my front yard. Kelly then set up and appointment for their guys to come out and do that work. I took the day off to meet them as they needed inside my house but no one show up. I talked to Kelly and set she up a second appointment but no one showed up for that appointment either. When they missed the 3rd appointment (and I missed 3 days of work), I called Home Serve and requested another company. Home Serve called Wickstrom to see what the problem was and Wickstrom told them they didn't have time to do the job for another 2 to 3 weeks. Home Serve scheduled a Prime Plumbing who came on the day they were scheduled for and did a great job! I found Wickstrom to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. There were no calls to let me know they were not able to keep the appointment(s), just unprofessional service. Save yourself some frustration...pick someone else to do your plumbing work. Prime did a great job for me, you might give them a call.

Carson with Wickstrom Plumbing came out to my home today to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to take care of the situation in a timely manner. I will definitely use Wickstrom in the future.

Farris was great! Had to get creative in pulling out a shampoo bottle lid out of the tub drain.
