After using them for maintenance a couple yrs, I had this company replace my furnace and air conditioner in 2016. Now they come out twice a year to service my a/c and furnace. They're a great bunch of people, from the people in the office to the crew that comes out. They're friendly, very patient when explaining things, prompt, and conscientious about keeping my house clean start to finish. Recently I had Austin and Kyle out- good job- thanks guys ≧◉◡◉≦

Ran into 3 of the nicest guys at the Meridian Home Depot today. I asked Max, Cody, and Sam if they had a couple minutes to chat. All 3 stopped their shopping and seemed genuinely happy to give me their attention.
I just had some general questions about employment for my son Chris who is a 2 year apprentice plumber in another state. They did not know for sure some of the technicalities and were careful not to give "I think" answers. What they did know and were happy to share is how much they like working for WICKSTROM. Max gave me his card and encouraged me and my son to check them out.
My experience with them 3 was so uplifting that I had to call the home office to pay them a compliment. Well, it didn't end there.
Kelly answered the phone and let me tell you, she is so sweet. She knew who Max, Cody, and Sam were and had nothing but nice things to say about them and WICKSTROM PLUMBING. After a brief chat, she thanked me for the call and encouraged me to have my son Chris check them out. What an awesome experience.. if you see Cody, tel.l him congrats on the new baby

I am very, very pleased with the service and repair that was done on my shower faucet. Blake, the technician, couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I will certainly call on Wickstrom and ask for Blake if I need any other plumbing needs.

It was Stew and Cam that helped to fix our heater today. Our heater stopped working last night, when we contacted them this morning they got out to us by this afternoon. They diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes of being here, they were very professional, friendly and helpful. Hopefully our heater doesn't break again but if it does we know who we'll call!

Austin did a great repair on my furnace! Very thorough and helpful to this little old lady. Kelly was very nice on the phone. Thank you!

Carson was prompt, polite, friendly and professional. Explained what needed to be done and completed job in a timely manner. Very patient with my Chihuahua who was trying to guard and protect "his" house.

Experiencing a water main break isn't a very fun experience but I will say that Wickstrom plumbing came to our rescue. From Helen at the office keeping us informed on when her crew would be onsite to Cody & Cameron who did the digging/repairs, this company preformed to the highest level. Great job guys! I'll definitely be calling them again should anything else go wrong.

We had a break in our outside waterline. We called them and they were able to send Collin out within a few hours. He was able to assess the issue and presented us with 3 pricing options in detail. We asked how soon they will be able to do the work and they responded that they could be there the next day and would stay until it was done. We accepted their proposal and they showed up the next day and got water turned back on before dark and then remained onsite until 8 o’clock finishing clean up. We definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing emergency work done. Collin was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanation of the work to be done.
