Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

This is my third year using Wickstrom Plumbing, and as a return customer I find this company to be reputable in terms of timely call back in an emergency situation. For standard plumbing problems I’ve worked with Blake, the plumber, who has always taken the time to explain and offer the most feasible and affordable options. Based on my customer experience I highly recommend this company.

We had a new AC unit put in by Wickstrom in July. After dealing with another provider who came into our house and tried to up sell and provide inaccurate information about the supply of units, the Wickstrom team was a breath of fresh air. They supplied us with the knowledge we needed to make the best decision for us, without all the gimmicks other companies used to get us to buy quickly. When we decided to move forward with Wickstrom, it was in the middle of a major heatwave where they were also swamped with business. With our unit struggling to keep the house cool, the Wickstrom team brought over 2 portable room units to keep us comfortable until they could install the new unit. Chris and Joseph installed the unit and were efficient and professional. Couldn’t ask for better overall service. I’d highly recommend the Wickstrom team for your HVAC needs.

I had Wickstrom out last week to help repair a leak in a water line to my house. I was helped by Max, Joseph, and Jake over the course of a couple of days and wanted to express my satisfaction on the work they did and how the represented the company. They were on time, worked hard, and kept a reliable schedule to help manage down times for the water line. Over all working with your company was a pleasant experience with timely reminders and regular updates and your three field representatives did their part to finish off a complicated job. You phone support was also professional however I do not recall the name of the person I worked with. Thanks!

We had water pooling in our side yard and contacting water co. Water was shut off. We contacted Home Serve and they contacted Wickstrom Service to come out to locate and repair problem in Boise Idaho. They came a day earlier than expected and sent Jake and Kody with all the equipment needed to locate and repair. These two men are exceptional at locating problem, repairing and leaving the ground as they found it. All with a smile, professional and very cheerful, eager to please the customer, us, and assured us it was fixed. These guys are keepers!!!
We would recommend this duo for any job anyone would have and for us in the future. We are so pleased with their service, great customer service with a smile. Thanks to Kelly also who helped with this speedy process!

Blake was professional, courteous, and very efficient in removing my old water heater, modifying the connections to the water heater, and then installing the new water heater. This is the second time I used Wickstrom for plumbing work and I'm very happy their service and plan to use them again for future work.

On Sept. 14th Kody and Joseph from Wickstrom Service came by to address a leaking main water line. They were on time and extremely professional. The job was completed in 2 hours! They then did a final check, and identified a second leak, which they also fixed. It was that last little bit of work that was truly customer service. They could have left after filling the hole in the yard and I still would have had another small leak that I might not have caught to much too late. Great job Wickstrom Service Co! I will definitely use this firm again.

They were excellent in fixing my water line leak., especially Kody., the technician who did the job. He was very personable, helpful, informative
and professional. I would definitely hire them back.

The two guys that came out to my water main were excellent. They went beyond my expectations in the mud and rain. They were very friendly and all around great guys.
