Agree with so many of the other reviews. Nat is honest and willing to work to try and fix the problem rather than jump to a complete replacement. Excellent communication. Excellent value for the work done. I almost don't want to recommend in case he gets so busy I can't hire him :)

We love flash! We have had them come out and service our A/C and Heating. We also contact them when we need other work done and they always recommend great people. The prices are Very reasonable. You cant go wrong with Flash.

Nat and the guys at Flash are great. Had two of the other 'major' hvac guys in town give me an estimate, Nat came in way cheaper and provided quality work as well. I'd definitely recommend Flash to family and friends!

Nat was very insulting and difficult to communicate with. He installed a new circuit board in our furnace, however took shortcuts and did not install back to manufacturers specifications. He also did not install it properly(shortcut) thus the board shorted out. It would be in your best interest to have is work checked in order to save your equipment from further damage.

Nat showed up at 5 PM on a Monday night and quickly diagnosed and repaired my ancient heater.

You will make a mistake if you go with anyone else in the boise area. I got 2 quotes to fix my air conditioning from the bigger names - Right Now and Advanced Heating and Cooling. Right Now told me my entire system was all wrong and needed to be replaced to do it right - cost $9800. Advanced was a lot better in that they said I could just replace the compressor for a cost of $1000 if it was under warranty (which it was since it was only 4 years old). Flash did it for $275. On time, friendly, and clean work. Why there aren't more businesses like this is troubling - but save yourself some money and call him.
