Flash Heating and Home Repair is the best! Nat is friendly, courteous and knowledgable. He is quick to return calls and and reasonably priced. Last year we had our heating system serviced by one of the major Heating and A/C companies in the valley and the technician messed up the computer system on the unit so that the A/C did not work properly. He spent more time explaining why the system was inadequate and should be replaced than he did working on it. Since it still did not work when he left, I called Flash Heating and Home Repair because of the great reviews I had read online. I was not disappointed. Nat is awesome! He came out within an hour and repaired the system in a very short time. This year we replaced our built-in kitchen appliances and had Flash do the installation. Nat and his assistant did a great job. They were on time, did not stop until the job was done, did an excellent job and answered all the questions that we had. I have no reservations recommending Flash Heating and Home Repair. I know what company I will be using going forward for my heating and A/C needs as well as home repair jobs.

Best service imaginable! We needed help fast for our AC and they came to the rescue. I really appreciate that they found an effective fix for our AC rather than trying to have me purchase a new AC. It's incredibly clear that Nat is extremely knowledgable about what he does. Because of all of this and more, I know who I will turn to when I eventually need to replace any of our heating and cooling system in the future but as for now, my family and I are comfortable here at home with our AC working smoothly and without needing to purchase a new system yet. Flash heating, Nat, was straight up and no fluff! Delivers on his promise, his team did quality work, he handled the permit and stood by his original quote. Even did a few extra things for me.
He installed a quality 2 stage furnace with variable speed fan and a smart thermostat we can now read and enjoy the app! He didn't pressure us for those upgrades, simply answered our questions from our own research.

The service tech at flash heating and air was extremely helpful in helping diagnose and repair my furnace in my home. After ordering parts myself and unsuccessfully attempting to fix my unit on my own he drove out on his day off (and in the snow) to ensure my home would have heat. 10/10 would recommend. Flash was recommended by a few friends when my A/C stopped working on a 100 degree day. Nat was able to fit me in the same day I called and fixed the immediate issue with a simple part replacement. He also said he would follow up if there were remaining problems as part of the same service call fee. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again if needed.

Nat and his team are so good, we will absolutely be using them again. We had a few complex issues because they replaced our furnace, ac, and all of our ducting in our 1950’s house. They were so prompt in addressing any bump along the way and we are so happy with our new system. I can’t say enough good things about how transparent and great to work with they are. I would never go to anyone else for my air conditioning/heating needs. We have used Nat four times now to fix our air conditioning and furnace at our two houses. Every single time he has been prompt, personable, and honest. I haven't gotten other quotes on repairs, but I'm 99% sure Nat's would have come in under his competition. They went above and beyond to install my heating and A/C system correctly and answer any questions I have in a thorough professional manner. The AC in our house stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon, and it was hard to find someone to work on it on the same day. Luckily we found Nat. He was quick to the task, fixed it with ease, and explained the cause and prospective well. The price was very reasonable and we don’t feel ripped off one bit due to the emergency situation. My furnace was not working properly, cycling repeatedly and blowing cold air...I endured a night of this, and called a company for repairs. Their bid was rather high, so I called Flash Heating. They were much more reasonable. They not only repaired the furnace the same day, they took the time to show me the cracked parts, and help me to understand what was going on. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to me...so many times companies do not do this.
