Nat did a great job repairing a bad duct way back in the narrow part of the crawl space. He was very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed quickly. Nat's fee's were very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend this company! My gas furnace was behaving strangely, and I was unsure who to call for fear of being ripped off. I checked Google Reviews and Flash Heating and Home Repair seemed like a good bet based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. So I called them and they had someone out to diagnose and repair my problem within a couple hours. I am so happy my heater is working now, and the bill was very reasonable. Thank you!

Our heater stopped working in the middle of January. My husband and I had no idea who to call or what could be wrong. We called around and got a few estimates in the 200 to 400 dollar range. Then I found the website for Flash Heating and saw that they will only charge 60 to check out the house and fix the heater if is is a simple issue.

Our bill came out to 67 dollars! I couldn't believe how nice our repair guy was and how quickly he fixed our problem. He managed to fit us in and showed up to our house in an hour!
We have an old house and old furnace with lots of quirks. I will be coming back to Flash heating when our furnace finally quits for good!

Heat went out this morning and we have a baby. He was over within an hourish. Previous worker told us it would be a $700 fix (labor plus part) Nat informed us we didn't need the part just needed to be cleaned. He was honest, timely and fixed out heat same day it stopped working. Much appreciated and will only call him from now on!

I hired Nat at Flash Heating to do an inspection and servicing on my furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater for a recent home sale. Despite the fact that I needed to make multiple changes to my appointment days/times, he was always courteous and willing to work with me to get the visits in under the required deadlines.

During the inspections, he was diligent and took his time to review each component. It was a warm week and the visits were late in the day, but he stuck it out and went through each step of the process in a thorough and diligent manner. Even though I was selling the house, you never know until the end if things will fall through or not so I appreciated his good work.

I'm a talkative East Coast guy and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and not make me feel ignorant. Even better, he was able to email me a comprehensive report describing each of the steps taken during the inspections and servicing so that I could then forward this to the agents to satisfy the buyer's inspection contingencies.

Bottom line: I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Flash Heating for any HVAC work you need done. If you prefer your contractors to be meticulous, friendly, and honest, these are your guys.

Nat came out right away when he heard our heating was out and we had children in the home. Nat is a wonderfully personable guy who take extra care to inspect everything. Right from his service, to his manner, and how much he loves what he does, this is a guy you want to do business with. I won't use anyone but Nat from now on.

My experience with Flash included their willingness to 'think outside the box' in order to resolve what was problematic for me. My system was causing one with floor to be either too cool or too warm in order to gain comfort on the opposite one. Both Nat and Marcus came up with creative ideas to meet my objective when I didn't want to have two heating and cooling units as the solution. They were humble in offering a variety of
options for my considerationion and then with no pressure for my selection. While they set a high standard for their work, I also felt that as a customer my satisfaction was of genuine importance. That's rare to find anymore and was a pleasure to encounter.
