Replace main shutoff valve and replace pressure regulator. Also replaced sump pump on basement toilet. Brian was great to work with. Friendly, efficient and clean around the area. Awesome company! David Fowler arrived at our home early and even called ahead! He explained everything he was going to do and he did exactly that. He gave us a great price, worked hard, was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He wore shoe covers in the home and a mask upon request. I will never call another plumbing company again. I highly recommend The Original Plumber and Mr. Fowler. I’m not sure why but google wont let me make a new review for each technician. So Austin chastising was awesome to start with them Mr. Fowler came out and has been 2 times and is coming 2 more times to help with a project we have going on. Awesome team.

Called The Original Plumber on Sunday morning, had a leak outside of the house. Got scheduled within 10 minutes, and within an hour technician came. Shaun has great personality, he talks to you respectively and explains everything. He was quick to figure out the solution and fixing the problem. Fair prices and overall happy customer. Updating since The Original Plumber came out today to fix my toilet. I personally requested Shaun, since he’s worked on our house before, to come and fix our broken toilet flange and install a new toilet. Shaun is friendly, professional, and does great work. He made sure to clean the space after he was finished and dispose of the new toilet box even though we supplied it. He also offered helpful tips on how to keep our plumbing in great shape to avoid future issues.
Richie was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our first septic tank and we ended up having to have it flushed, but he walked us through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. The work is guaranteed and the parts replaced are warrantied, but he said if we had any questions at all to give them a call. Great customer service. He also gave us some tips on how to take care of and maintain our septic tank which was greatly appreciated since we’ve been septic owners for only 8 days now!
