First of all the office staff is nice and courteous and keeps you well informed through the process with calls and texts. Secondly, Shaun Noe is excellent at his job. He made quick work installing my kitchen faucet in just under an hour and a half. In addition, he is a good guy that anyone would feel comfortable having in their home and he isn’t looking to up charge you. Great job at a fair price. Thanks!

When you need plumbing work, it is rare to know exactly what to expect. You hope to make a good decision, but who do you trust? In our case we put our trust in The Original Plumber team. First, we found their website very informative. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to the work. An estimator was sent immediately to analyze the job, and provide a quote. The estimator, Brian Payne, was thorough, professional and made several valid observations about our problem and the solutions necessary. We received lower quotes, but selected The Original Plumber based upon a perception of competence which was lacking in other companies, even those with good recommendations. During the work, several complications arose that were handled expediently and professionally by the team. Extreme care was used in protecting landscaping that could have been damaged by lesser skilled operators and the job was completed on time and on budget. Having this group do such a great job was a huge relief in a stressful situation involving a complicated, and expensive problem.

The Original Plumber company dispatched a truly professional, courteous, and detailed plumber to my home. Sam did a great job installing new supply lines and fixtures for my shower. He focused on doing a thorough job properly, not just rushing to finish. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends. Fast to give quote. Showed up the next morning to perform the work. We needed a fast response because our main water line was leaking. Awesome service! We recommend TOP for plumbing, well/ pump repair and will use them in future for septic tank service and HVAC. They were professional, well equipped, on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our well pump failed and needed to be replaced. Jake handled a whole crew of guys to diagnose the problem and fix it. They got the job done, explained everything they did and the work was done right. The folks in the home office kept us informed of when and who to expect. Truly excellent company and staff.

One of my water heaters was making noise. After getting some quotes, I went with Original. Father and daughter team. Very professional. Very responsive. I will use them when I think my sink is on the brink so I can drink. Or when my toilet flapper shrinks or kinks or stinks.
