The Original Plumber HVAC, Septic & Electrical

Called The Original Plumber about a water leak from my fridge. Adam and Levi were great. Promptly detected the problem and were just really friendly and knowledgeable.

Evidently, some people never have any routine maintenance completed on their septic systems. Perhaps more evident, is the resulting clog and back up from these peoples carelessness, which is what my wife and I came home to Friday evening.
We knew how to temporarily solve the problem and buy ourselves a little time until a septic tech could arrive. While I did what I could, my wife called in a pro. This pro failed to show up. Just never came. In our frustration, we began the search again and found The Original Plumber. What a difference in responsiveness. We got an immediate answer, we’re able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and received confirmation that someone was on the way.
The techs showed up right on time and oh man, what a relief. They had actual answers to our questions, a real plan to correct our issues, and were genuinely friendly and professional people.
Not to mention, they went right to work. No standing around, no time wasting, just solid, efficient work. With everything they had to do, I expected several hours of waiting, maybe a second appointment to finish up, but no. About an hour and a half and these guys were in the road with our system functioning as it should.
Great tech, great company, great experience. These are the only people we will use going forward.

First of all - I do not recommend using this company. If you decide to use them, make sure you read all of the disclaimers / fine print before they begin the work. I didn't even know that they had arrived and before I realized it - they had driven their machinery through my front yard and over my stone trail / trim making a complete mess of things as they did not consult me first about where they should enter into my back yard. Who does that when performing this type of job.? After uncovering the septic tank and discovering 2 cracked lids, they replaced the lids, and then proceeded to tell me that the lids would be $200 per lid. What am I going to do - not pay for it at this point after they were already replaced? These lids after further research - you can apparently buy online for about $58 per lid. Wow! Over $150 mark up to replace each lid? If anyone uses this company - if you can - make sure you stay there physically and watch them complete the job - Let alone make sure you get a quote in writing before they complete any job and don't let them decide where it would be best to enter your backyard to complete the service. I"m a Master Gardner and take a lot a pride with the way my yard and landscaping looks and I should have consulted from the start before they started the job - it should have been a red flag at that point with the way it all started.

The Original Plumber is the only company I will ever use for all of my plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs.
I've used them in the past for septic and leaks and just found out about their other services.
They were fast, professional (yet friendly; they even took time to play with my dog!) and a good value.
I especially want to thank Wes and Tab for their thorough analysis of my leak. Wes was again outstanding the very next day with the expedient work he did with his fantastic team (Nick & Jake M). They all went above and beyond. I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!!

Adam Burton was our service guy , very professional, on time immediately had the problem assessed and fixed highly recommend him if I ever need a plumber again I would definitely request Adam Burton

Adam and Levi were very responsive and professional in fixing our leak. They went out of their way to get us the help we needed to resolve the water damage as well.

They corrected the problem we were having with a backed up septic tank. I had a few conversations with Bryce, the general manager regarding billing and found that he is honest, fair and willing to make sure his customers are completely satisfied.

Blake and team were quick to respond to our needs. They fixed our septic issues in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Answering calls promptly and scheduling service quickly is a major plus for this company. They sent confirmation text when a plumber is dispatched and on route to your location. They provide location tracking so that you know when to expect your visit. They provide a text with picture of your plumber and bio so that you may recognize and know who is coming into your house. These are very reassuring security measures and I greatly appreciate them.

Brian, and his apprentice/daughter Ashley, are a fantastic team that gives the this big plumbing company a proper family affair feel. Knowledgeable, tentative, and professional; Brian inspected the situation, laid out a plan of action in layman's terms, gave a written quote, and went to work immediately upon approval.

When an unforeseen problem occurred, Brian reviewed the situation with me and provided a new written estimate to address things. Very professional. Work was completed very promptly and clean up was thorough.
