Mark came over to do our Fall maintenance and discovered a problem with a drainage tube (some water was starting to build up in the collection pan) which could have caused a huge problem. He cleaned out the tube and the unit. Was so relieved that he caught the problem and we avoided a potential issue. Have been using Accuair for many years - they are terrific!

Great office staff and technicians. I have had years of wonderful experiences working with this company. They are not a company out there to just sell you the latest and greatest heating and air conditioning equipment. They are a honest company that works to give you what is necessary to help you resolve your problems. Also, if you are looking to upgrade or replace a system, they will help you make the best decision for your home or business.

I have used Accuair in three homes over the last 7+ years and have found them to be very responsive, proactive, reliable and price reasonable. They are professional with quick response to a message, proactive notice of a 30 minute window and just nice people. You can't go wrong with these guys!

My old a/c had died in the middle of August. They came the same day I called, quoted a very reasonable price. They were here on the agreed day to install. They finished the install in one day. Hauled away the old unit. Did a fantastic job, came back to finish with the wi-fi thermostats. And its working fantastically.

Paul from AccuAir checked to see why my upstairs heating unit was only putting
out cold air. The pilot light was out because the furnace flames were not functioning
properly. The furnace is old and needs replacing. As usual, Paul was kind and helpful
in explaining the situation to me.

Great Service!
Called this past Sunday afternoon and spoke directly with Bob and told him that we had a problem with our AC and Heat blowing at the same time! Very strange issue and very hot !
The office sent a Technician (Mark) out the very next day to analyze the problem. Upon inspection, Mark found the problem right away and determined that it was the control board in the unit . So he ordered the part Monday afternoon and then set an appointment to come back and install the new part on Wednesday morning. All for the price of just 1 service call and the price of the part. Just $235 for all that trouble! This is our 2nd time using Accuair and it won’t be the last. They have a customer for life now. My wife and I are very happy and impressed with the friendly staff and amazingly fast service we get with the Accuair Company!

Terry Cowart was recommended to me by a friend. I was sure my 20 year old unit had to be replaced, and Terry could have easily convinced me that was the case. He was certain from the beginning that all it needed was addition of freon. He was right, and now my AC cools properly. Honest and professional people are not easy to come by, and I’m glad I found Terry and AccuAir.

AccuAir Heating and Cooling saved my house!! I was about to close on my dream house and the deal was about to fall through at the very last minute (think closing time just got pushed back several hours to get this sorted out type of deal). My realtor was able to call AccuAir and get an accurate estimate on a full hvac unit replacement that same day. The deal was written, the house was closed and three business days later AccuAir had finished installing my brand new HVAC. Bob called me throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable with the everything. It could not have been a better experience! The HVAC works/looks great, the company was reasonably priced, the turn around was crazy fast, and the communications were top notch!! Not much else you can want from a company...

This company is by far and above the best I have ever worked with in more than 30 years in the real estate business. They are honest to a fault and I can honestly say they are always in the customers side to do the “right thing”. If I could give them 10 stars I would. A big shout out to Bob & Terry and the incredible crew they have working for them.
