I was really impressed that AccuAir called me back on the Fourth of July weekend and had my AC back up and running in a day Without A Holiday Weekend Service Charge. These guys rock. Honest repair services at honest prices. Customer service truly is number one with AccuAir.

Accuair is a great, reliable and honest company! They will not oversell. They will tell you exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done. I’ve always felt that they have done a great job. They may not be able to get out immediately, but they are worth the wait. I’ve used them now for more than 5 years and for servicing 2 homes. I will never use another HVAC company.

Atlanta North Cooling and Heating worked on seven properties of mine and did a great job.

Company did not honor the 10 year warranty when the terms were clearly stated on the Agreement with the Owner's signature. I had to pay out of pocket to get the blower motor fixed....and it wasn't cheap. Owner went quite and never returned texts or calls after saying he would look into the matter. That's bad business if you ask me.

Update 10/17/22, Bob wrote a check to pay for the blower motor. I'm glad he was able to come through to make this right.

Bob and Terry do a great job of taking care of their customers. Mark was our technician and did an awesome job of taking care of us. Thanks again Accuair!

I've been using AccuAir (now Atlanta North Cooling and Heating, Inc.)for over 12 years. Most recently they replaced an air conditioning unit. They arrived on time; explained exactly what they would do; very professional; wore shoe covers in the house; laid down floor protection; finished the job in the rain. WOW real pros! The unit works great.

Mark and Kate were great. Super easy to schedule and great communication. Mark came right on found the problem to our heat and got it working immediately. Great attitude and easy to work with. Affordable. Would use again.

I really enjoyed working with AccuAir. Mark was professional, on time & he was thorough to check all components of the non-working a/c unit. Their call-out fee & service costs are very fair. What I appreciate most is they work through hot holiday weekends. Unlike my useless home warranty company, who couldn't care less if you're stuck in a hot home for two weeks, AccuAir gets to customers as fast as possible. I'll be cancelling my home warranty service as soon as holiday weekend ends & I'll continue to use AccuAir instead for future a/c services.

Great folks at AccuAir. Responsive and timely, professional, and good senses of humor. Would recommend to any friends, family, or businesses. Will definitely use them going forward for maintenance and recommendations.
