This is an extraordinary business. Responsive and flexible able to pivot and balance big jobs and small and fit into schedule windows and arrive on time. We ordered a double oven. The first one arrived smashed and we were forced to cancel the initial install. Surprisingly, a replacement was available in a few days and I called back to get an install appointment. The delivery service was unreliable with their scheduling and I worried they would drop an oven on me I’d have to accept not knowing if it functioned without installation and end up owning a dud. No issue at all this firm -showed up on time after I alerted the oven arrived, performed some carpentry to get the cabinet ready with excellent specialized tools to get an exact fit. I could not be more satisfied with their level of quality, reliability and customer service. I didn’t think a business existed with this type of integrity anymore. 5 Stars!

Arshia came out to inspect plumbing and discovered a pipe had burst. He acted quickly and professionally to resolve the situation under very unusual circumstance with the homeowner being out of the country. He was very responsive, transparent and upfront about the exact work that had to be done and completed it very timely cleaning up perfectly! Highly recommend him and will be calling on him again!

Arshai cleared a kitchen sink drain problem for me that another plumber was unable to clear. He communicated well in advance, showed up on time with the necessary tools, worked efficiently, and was successful. I was completely satisfied and will use his company again for future problems.

very thorough and knowledgeable about his craft. He communicated extremely well and informed us about the issues we had with the leaks in both properties. Arshia was so detailed in explaining where the leaks were coming and also provided some insights to things we wouldn’t have known. I’m so happy that we chose this company to resolve our issues. I am beyond glad that we found a trustable company that we can rely on utilize long term. Prices were certainly reasonable for the amount of time/work that was done. Our high ceiling in living room had an absolutely horrendous light fixture from the 90s. Arshia came and swapped it out in 20 minutes tops. Good service and great price as well. Will most certainly be a repeat customer.
