AccuAir made 3 trips to get the job done, but only charged for one service call. Very reasonable. The heater is working completely. Great job!!!

We came home from a vacation and unfortunately our upstairs unit had crashed leaving us with 80 degree temperatures. With two small children it wasn't an ideal situation.

Bob and his team jumped into action immediately and came out first thing the next morning as it was late in the day when we called. Their technician, Mark Coan showed up on time and was able to solve what turned out to be several issues with our AC unit and furnace. On top of that, he made sure I knew exactly what went wrong and showed me the issues while walking me through what potential next steps would be if we had an issue in the future.

We have used other companies in the past, but will be sure to stick with Bob and AccuAir because of their professionalism and transparency.
