Season's Comforts

We had a great experience working with Andy and the rest of the team at Season's Comforts! We had four companies come out to the house as part of our HVAC replacement research. We decided to have this company replace our two HVAC units because of their competitive price and rave reviews. They were able to get the job done quickly after we decided to proceed. They used excellent equipment and the installation went seamlessly. I loved that they were honest about what really needed done and what didn't (so many companies try to upsell add ons and upgrades). The whole team was polite and professional, and the house was left cleaner than they found it. We highly recommend this company to others looking for quality HVAC services at a fair price.

We needed two furnaces replaced and a coil/condenser on one unit for cooling. After referring to several sources of recommendations for HVAC replacement, my wife and I decided upon 5 firms to get recommendations and quotes. We first met with Andy at Seasons Comfort and received what we thought was an honest appraisal of what we needed and a very conservative proposed price for an excellent quality system (Trane rated the top product by Consumer Reports). Honestly, we had a good feeling and I almost asked “when can you get started.” But we stayed with our plan and had four other HVAC firms come to make quotes. After all visits, recommendations and quotes, my wife and I were even more convinced that Seasons Comfort were not only the best priced, but they proposed top quality equipment. On install day, they arrived promptly, were extremely quiet and non-intrusive, and did a totally neat job in just over 4 hours. Not one hitch along the way. Today, the heat outside was nearing 100 and we enjoyed cool, quiet comfort even in this extreme heat. Thank you Seasons Comfort!

We did a lot of research for both the HVAC system and the installer. From our research, there wasn't much noticeable difference in the manufacturers, especially among the most popular brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox). Usually, my research points to a clear winner and it didn't this time. I found all of the manufacturers to be equally bad when it came to warranty and standing behind their product. The differentiator for us, seemed to be on the installer and the quality of the installation.

After extensive research of area HVAC installers we narrowed it down to 3. We received quotes from all 3. Not only was the quote from Seasons Comforts the lowest by a considerable amount, their discussion with us about what type of system was best for us, was the most relevant. We didn't think they were trying to low ball us and then up selling with various add-ons. Everything was above board, straightforward and pertinent to our specific needs and lifestyle.

They installed it in a timely manner, were professional and were good about explaining how to use the new systems They cleaned up after themselves, registered the warranty for us and then sent out the warranty in a timely manner. They also were timely about sending us the info we needed to file for federal tax rebates as well as rebates from our utility, Sawnee Electric.

In summary. Seasons Comforts has been great to work with and I don't hesitate to give them five stars.

The team from Season's Comforts provided outstanding service and value. We needed a new HVAC system in our basement and i had spoken to a handful of contractors. Andy from Seasons Comfort provided the best quote and followed that up with exceptional service. The installation was quick and clean and performed with the highest quality. I would not hesitate to use Season's Comforts for any future HVAC needs.

The value and service of this company is unmatched! I got several estimates for two HVAC systems and they had the best equipment for the lowest price. They are very responsive to service calls and stand by their product and work 100%! Seasons Comfort is a family-run business that takes pride what they do and it shows.

AC went out over the weekend. Someone was able to come out on Tuesday to check out the AC, and they determined it would be best to replace the HVAC unit which was already 15 years old. They were able to work me in on their schedule to come out two days later to install the new HVAC unit, coils, and a new Furnace (current furnace as 10 years old). One of the owners came back out Saturday morning to install an attachment for the furnace that was not in stock on the day of the initial installation. I met the owners, and they are very nice people. I would recommend them for your HVAC and Furnace needs.

I can't recommend Season's Comforts Heating & Air any higher than 10 stars!! We had them install a new HVAC system to replace an original downstairs unit that was 20 years old. I can't believe how reasonably priced they were and the awesome service we received. The crew was on time, professional, and conscious of safety protocols. I've had them back out for regular maintenance and for a fluke such as a lizard in my drain system. Each technician was awesome and thorough in repairing our old system (soon to be replaced) and our new system. If you need a new HVAC system, go ahead and get all of your estimates, but you will be mistaken if you don't go with Season's Comforts. I have mentioned them to friends and family and no one has been disappointed. I appreciate all they do and have done for us during the summer and winter months.

I can't say enough great things about Season's Comforts! They have replaced both of my AC Units and furnace as well as duct replacement after a flood. I would never use anyone else. They are very reasonably priced and Andy and the entire team are extremely professional. They show up on time, are a pleasure to deal with and do excellent work. I wish every contractor I worked with would match their quality, prices and professionalism!!!

after 3 estimates I was getting frustrated ; my friend recommended me to call them , Andy come out with the best deal I couldn't resist & install the next day . Their price beat every competitor . Great service & fast . I Will recommend to all my friends. Thanks man
