Seasons Comforts can out early, with a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. They replaced a broken fan blade shown in the photo below and the repair was complete before I knew he was here. I’ve used them for 14 years and always have a reasonable and reliable service experience.

Andy and his team at Seasons Comforts provide exceptional service. I’ve bought two systems from them over the years. Yesterday evening my air conditioner thermostat reported an error and refused to work, and Andy came today and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

Highly recommend Season’s Comforts. They’ve helped us with two different homes and both times Andy took the time to walk us through the issues. Most recently, he could have easily told us we need a system overall (like another did), but instead gave us a much less expensive solution. This company is an absolute delight to work with. Andy came to my home after my A/C died. They were punctual, respectful, competent and extremely understandable of our situation. Andy gave us an estimate, recommend solutions, offered assistance and we hired them to replace the old A/C unit, provide an extra vent and complete the removal of the old equipment, which came with their services. They showed up a day earlier, installed the system, checked our other thermostats, and left the working area spotless. The pricing was extremely reasonable and better than their competitors. 100% quality work, you can tell this company is about service with the utmost care for their customers. Andy and the guys at Season’s Comfort were first class. Had a second floor HVAC system that was 15+ years old finally wear out. Got multiple bids and they were not only the best price but offered a better system. Would absolutely recommend them and will be calling again when my other unit eventually goes as well.

From start to finish my experience has been exceptional. From scheduling to completion the communication was great. The office staff, Andy, and the techs always made sure l knew when they would be arriving. Mike came out and installed a new unit along with 2 thermostats. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help with some filter issues I was having as well. He made sure everything was corrected before he left. I then had a second unit stop working and Mike then sent Alex out to help. He came out and got my unit up and running same day. I can’t sing their praises enough. They are polite, respectful, honest, and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. After a terrible experience from a previous company this has been a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

I have used Seasons Comforts now for replacing both HVAC systems in my house as they aged and became inoperable. I have been delighted with the value and the professional service I received every time I have used Seasons Comforts. I was happy to have Andy and Mike install a 3-ton Trane A.C. Andy was quick to come out and was honest with what he saw. He answered all of my questions and was able to move me up to perform a new install the next day. Mike came out for the installation and did an amazing job as well as answered all of my questions.
