Season's Comforts

I received an excellent straightforward quote. Install was completed today very professionally. The entire interior work path was covered with drop cloths. The installation was completed expeditiously thanks to having five seasoned technicians working both in the attic and outside simultaneously. Overall I couldn’t be more pleased. It was all very stress free.

I have had the pleasure of having Seasons Comfort service my HVAC system for almost 7 years. Just a few weeks ago they replaced my total HVAC system. Our ac broke down and we had to get a new hvac. I got several quotes and seasons comforts came with the most competitive and knowledgeable offer. Andy was very patient explaining to my wife and me the benefits of the new units on the market since it's been a while I shopped for some. We were given several payment options to chose from.The instalation team was very polite and careful when removing my old equipment and installing the new one. All employees from the initial office contact and all the installation team are polite, professional and personable! Seasons Comforts was recommended to us by a family member. We had our A/C stop working and had one company give us an estimate that highly and seriously recommended a new HVAC system. After receiving their quote, we decided we needed to get a 2nd opinion. Andy with Seasons Comforts came out the next morning and not only did he repair our "unfixable" A/C system in a matter of minutes, he recommended NOT replacing it and keeping our current system. I cannot say enough amazing things about Andy and team. Maybe it is just me but I dread spending large amounts of money. I truly could not have been happier handing over the coins for this product/service. After getting several quotes from other companies, not only did their customer service/price/product blow the competition out of the water, they also managed to do it next day with a team of 5 people. In and out in 2.5 hours and the job was performed meticulously. This experience with SC could not have been any better.

This is the second hvac and furnace install we had with Season’s Comforts. Our AC wasn’t working on a Sunday, and they sent a tech out the next day to give us options to repair or replace the old unit. Based on our last positive experience with Season’s Comforts, we decided to change the complete system with them. After the last install, we had an issue after a few days. The owner answered our call on Thanksgiving Day, and via Facetime, checked the system and tried to figure out the problem over the phone. He came the next day and fixed the unit. There are few companies/people who care about their work and their customers as does Seasons Comforts. The company is not only extremely competent, but do a clean and perfect job every time. Thank you Seasons Comforts for being so wonderful to work with and providing excellent service every time.
