Office manager, Madison, is rude and condescending. My follow up appointment was scheduled from 10-1pm today and I got update at 1pm stating that my technician was going to be arriving at 1:34pm which is unprofessional (their excuse was that he was stuck in traffic which I understand) and I was not given an update or notice regarding this delay — I had to call them to ask for one at 12:30pm since I hadn’t heard from them. This office manager had the nerve to put words in my mouth and said that I was complaining, etc. because I was just voicing my disappointment that the timeframe that was given was not delivered. Alexis, the coordinator, is kind and very responsive so for what it’s worth at least they are responsive but the office manager needs to learn some manner on how she approaches a paying customer but perhaps it’s because this work order was through a homeowners warranty so it’s not a priority for them. Needless to say, just know that they don’t keep their words and their office manager needs to be re-trained in customer service. I won’t be surprised if I get a response that I was being unreasonable but don’t put words in other people’s mouth and actually ask them those propping questions before accusing someone of lying. I’d definitely will never recommend them lack of customer service.

I’ve used Comfort Air for over a decade. The technicians are always professional, informative and do a nice job servicing our HVAC units. Today I met technician Jonathan. He did a great job, educated me on my (new to me) system and was friendly and professional. I immediately received a follow up email with details of the visit, including photos. Thanks for all your work today!

Jonathan was extremely professional, arrived on time, installed the new thermostat and also recommended improvements that we could make to our HVAC system in the future that could make it function more efficiently. He also educated us in the use of the thermostat to promote energy efficiency and optimal comfort.

Ryan and Dylan did such a great job for us. Monday morning they pulled all of our duct work out, the old outside and inside units. The new units were placed, the duct work started the next day. for an entire system including all duct work (with two new runs being added) we were only down for about two days. The installer supervisor and the project manager both checked in several times to make sure it was all going well for us. The home office checked in with after it was all done and made sure our warranty and rebate were on track. Our regular maintenance guy Mike does a great job for us too when we have him out twice a year to do the check ups. The entire team at Comfort Air just does such a great job for us.

This company is wonderful! They repaired our old unit the day after it stopped working and once it went out completely, they sent Jonathan out the DAY OF to assess the situation. He’s very professional, honest, and straightforward - the kind of person you want when dealing with such a big expense on your house. Less than 48 hours later they had someone here to replace the whole unit. Great company, highly recommended!

I have used Comfort Air for years. They have been responsive every time I’ve called. Of course, I maintain a service contract with them. Their technician, Robbie, is wonderful. He is easy to understand and takes pictures to back up any problems he encounters. No company is perfect but Comfort Air does stand behind their work and makes it right.

Previously, I rated Comfort Air very poorly, but last week the new general manager, Austin called me. We discussed my dissatisfaction with the service I received last year, and the company refunded my money. Going forward, I would recommend Comfort Air because they proved to me that customer satisfaction and their reputation are of utmost importance. Furthermore, I recommend that you ask for Johnathan because he spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining what might have gone wrong. I can move forward now because I know this company values their customers.

Matt came out to serviced my air conditioner and there was major issues goin on. He showed me all of my options and I purchased a 4 ton ultimate heat pump and let me tell you the humidity control on this unit is unbelievable. My house is freezing at 75 degrees and I love it. I have saved tons on my electrical bill. I would recommend Matt and this company to anyone.

Chris and Logan were extremely professional, friendly, and thorough in the scheduled maintenance of our HVAC system. They carefully reviewed the system and made thoughtful suggestions concerning any updates to the system that would be advisable, but they only supplied information and recommendations. They did not push me to acceptance but thoroughly discuss the issues. I feel very comfortable knowing that they are accessible for urgent problems as well as the routine maintenance and will absolutely continue to use them for my HVAC system going forward.

I have a warranty with another bogus company in town. I didn’t use them. I went with Comfort AC instead. Thank you Dear Father that I did. They came out on a Sunday and sent their best man, Shaun C., to fix up my entire unit that has stopped working in Savannah GA in July. The summer heat was killing us. I went ahead and enrolled in the maintenance program and got my mother away from the other Scam Company and got into Comfort AC. Heather was great. The whole experience…this is how it should be done. Use these folks. Please. Trust me. Just trust me.
