Thank you guys for being so quick to fix my AC, I appreciate the service and support

We have used Witt Air at our business for years. Today when I woke up to a warm house I gave them a call and they came out right away. Did they tell me my system was too old and I needed to replace it? No. Could they have? Probably so. It is an older system so it wouldn't have been out of the question. But because they care about the customer and aren't just looking for a quick buck, they quickly determined it was just a faulty switch and got my house back to cool in no time flat. Thanks again to the guys at Witt Air.

I called Mr. Witt about condensation that, was discovered in my bedroom closet. He (not only checked my units), but he also checked them both for leaks, and serviced the units. Mr. Witt went the extra mile, and walked the perimeter of my residence, see we had a substantial amount of rain, the week prior), and the side of the house that the moisture seeped into, was where my closet is located. Mr. Witt pointed out to me that water could have gotten into the lower weep holes. Well as it turns out, I have installed a rain gutter....... Problem solved! Thank you Mr. Witt!

Get services not sure if they fixed the problem with my heat...because now its starting to make noise after 6 months from the time they supposedly fixed it..but I do recommend them ..just the Friendly services is A1
