I have been using this company for quite some time. The HVAC technician, Christopher, came out and did a fantastic job. He had great customer service skills and explained everything that he was going to do!

I just had a new air conditioner and heat pump installed by Comfort Air, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Jerry, Caleb and Joey did a stellar job on the installation. As an added bonus, Jerry is probably the most charming guy you'll ever meet. Caleb and Joey also did a great job of cleaning up after the installation was done. Jason did a wonderful job of helping me figure out what I needed for my house and budget, and spent a lot of time getting it all worked out. He never rushed me, and answered at least a million questions for me.
I would recommend Comfort Air without hesitation.

I have used Comfort Air for 20 years and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Their service has always been spot on and they certainly know what they are doing. I have had the privilege to work with Larry White and Jason and they are great to do business with. But there is one person who I really love to talk to and that is Cynthia. I worked for security at The Landings for almost 15 years and I was in charge of the bar code system. I always made sure that the Comfort Air vehicles could get through the gates and remind them when their decals was going the expire. I worked directly with Cynthia who was always willing to help with any problems. Also, being a resident at The Landings, I used Comfort Air for my HVAC service. Cynthia always set me up with an appointment when I needed anything, and she is always pleasant and cheerful on the phone. I have since moved to Savannah Quarters and still use Comfort Air. Needless to say I have not had any problems with my unit. Cynthia is certainly an asset to Comfort Air and I always enjoy talking with her. Thank you for the great service all these years.

We needed to call Comfort Air because our old unit quit. The salesman Matthew came out and got us set up with a new unit and explained everything to us. The next day Caleb and Dylan came out to install our new unit. They were the most professional and polite young men I have ever met. Your company is very lucky to have these installers for the knew what they were doing and set my mind at ease. I highly recommend these 2 guys and your company. Thanks again.

I just had a new system installed and I'm very happy. Matthew the manager who sold me the unit is super knowledgeable and helped me out a great deal. He is a very kind man and explained everything to me.
Jerry and Caleb installed my unit. They are without a doubt two of the nicest men I have ever met. They did such a fantastic job! The whole experience was great from start to finish. What a great team!!!!!! I will never use anyone else. It is extremely satisfying to know that there are still some DESCENT AND HONEST people in the world. Thank you all from Comfort Air!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Comfort Air. The company representative refused to provide an itemized receipt and therefore I canceled the request to have my unit installed. Comfort Air attempted to charge me $17,963 for a heating unit. I was able to get the same service from another company for less than $8,000. Comfort Air was insistent on not providing a bill as requested. Further they wanted to charge $1,796 for restocking fee. Additionally, a loan application was submitted without my knowledge to cover the $1,796 for restocking fee. Comfort Air must do better. I recommend to shop around before using CA Comfort Air.

Hired this company to do services because the company I had used for years went out of business. I asked the technician to check the thermostat because the system was working intermittently. He went back into my attic for about five minutes or less an stated that I needed a blower motor and module. After he replaced those parts for approximately $1100.00, the ac would not work at all. He supposedly replaced a relay, and that did not fix the problem.
After four or five service calls and a new thermostat, my unit started working again.
So, I do not recommend this company. Furthermore, I asked to speak with the owners, and never got the chance.

Robbie McCullough from Comfort Air Did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC unit. From start to finish, we felt very comfortable with the work they did, and we love our new HVAC unit. Robbie was very thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done, and he was able to answer all of our question during the entire process. The crew that did the installation came promptly, were very careful, and completed the work on time.

I definitely recommend Comfort Air for your HVAC needs.

I just had a service call from this company and could not be happier. I had my system put in this summer and I am completely happy with the work but to top it off I had my first service call as my thermostat had an issue and needed to be replaced. Zach was on the spot, he arrived quickly identified th issue and had my system working on no time. Tonight is going to be very cold and with a young child in my home it was important to have heat. After my experience tonight I have confidence and peace of mind with this company Taking care of me and my family. Zach Wiley was a pleasure to have in my home and his professionalism is an awesome representation of the company and a made me confident that I chose the right company to take care of the Harden household. I would highly recommend Comfort air to anyone !!!

I have just had the pleasure of having Comfort Air staff install a new duct system in my home. The team of professionals - Jason, Jerry, Ryan, and Redd- did an impeccable job from start to finish. Jason and Jerry were terrific in explaining what needed to be done as well as reassuringly positive that the installation of the new system would proceed smoothly. Ryan and Redd were industrious, steady workers and polite to a fault. Ryan and Redd were also very courteous in cleaning up after themselves . These four men have made my experience with Comfort Air a high quality experience!
