We have used Southern Chill for several years now, and we are totally thrilled to finally have an honest, dependable company to handle our air condition and heating needs! They have installed new units and serviced new and old units. They are prompt in servicing too! When we have had a problem, they are quick to respond. I can't say enough good things about this company! Over the years, we have tried a lot of the other companies around town and have had less than great experiences with them. We are so happy to finally have a company we can trust to do a good job and not bilk you in the process. Thanks guys!!

The driver of one of their vehicles, a white Chevy truck with a utility bed pulling a black enclosed trailer, just tried to force me out of my lane when his was ending, then tailgated me, and started yelling out his window at me after getting next to me on Truman. If this is the behavior of their workers to strangers on the road, I definitely wouldn’t want them entering my home.
