Our experience started Thursday evening when our air stopped working around 9pm…in July…in the south. It was awful. I called the after hours number to be almost immediately helped by Keith. He walked us through how to get it back going (super simple fix) & then came Saturday morning to do a permanent fix. He was so ridiculously helpful. Our home was built in the 40’s & everything goes under the house. He spent a good bit of time down there (again, July in the south…bless him) & installed a drain line to come out by the AC unit instead of under the house. He not only fixed our problem, but answered all our questions & explained what he was doing. He was fast & so personable. From him to their scheduling staff & office staff, they’re great! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Our technician Brandon did a great job. He was on time, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He serviced our two units and addressed some insulation issues. I really appreciate that Cannady’s sends you a photo of your technician prior to the visit. That is so helpful.

Had an issue which was under installation warranty, a new unit installed Spring 2021.
Technician Chris Deal, has been a real professional, transparent, hard working, didn't stop till he got it fixed! When he had a moment of it stumping him, he took it all the way with calling other technicians, mfg reps, and continued until no stone was unturned! Very impressive. This company, compared to our previous companies, is by far the best in the business. To their 24/7 on call support to daily communique with the office personnel and sales force( shot out to Kevin), this company stands for quality product and customer service!!

Eddie came to fix my heating system on a Saturday evening. It turned out to be my thermostat, which he quickly identified and completed the job. I found him to be very polite and personable. I am a returning customer of Canady's and will continue to call them whenever needed,

Used this company to replace motor. Their mention of 100% customer satisfaction on their website is Not true. Had some parts replaced and at the end of the day I was also charged the service fee on top of labor and material. Was called back by Hal the service manager.I explained my concern and I asked him to do what was right . He stated if I credit you I would have to credit everyone. I asked him to do what he feels right. So he kept the charges the same. However, asked me to tell him about the details from the other employees. Not professional at all that he would choose to burn his team rather than work with the paying customer and then work with the team. With that said he still only cared about the charge for the fee. To add another employee mentioned that depending on the work we will not charge this fee. Web of cover up..

This is my second experience with Cannady’s. I am happy with their communication skills. While Matthew was here working, a water main broke in the neighborhood. He could not finish flushing the AC outside pipe because there was no water. He showed me how to do it and volunteered to come back the next day when he was off. Very nice guy.

Alex was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions and was honest with me about how much it would cost to fix. Highly recommend, will definitely use again!
