Don and Anthony were the very best technicians. They were prompt and very professional. They began by explaining what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. After I showed them the location of key components of the current unit, they got into action quickly replacing the the parts
You would never know they were there as they went about their job. I was able to go about my daily routine without disruption. My two dogs who normally sound the alarm whenever strangers are around didn't even notice their presence. They were very thorough and cleaned up as they completed each phase. Once each phase was complete, they explained in detail what they has a digital system done and what remained to be done. They removed all of the old components once completed an have me a final overview of the new system. Kevin Roberts performed a final review of the project and assured me that Canadys would continue to stand behind their work. Finally, Don went over the financing. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of Kevin, Don, and, Anthony.

Alex called before arriving to let us know that he was on his way. He immediately understood why his company was called and was quick to check for any potential problems. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

Canady plumbing team repaired a fireplace gas line. It was repaired so the fireplace can now be used for either log fires or gas log installation which we did not think was possible. The team also competed a plumbing maintenance check. Very happy with their service.

Service was outstanding. Primary purpose was to recommend ways to increase hot water circulation in my home. Service representative gave me a thorough analysis of my home and made recommendations to solve my problem. In the course of our conversations, I was able to save over $2000 from estimates I received from other plumbers. Today's consult cost me $39, which I get back with the follow-on services I have scheduled to resolve my plumbing dilemma. Thanks to Canady's and the loyalty we have shared for over 20 years, I will look forward to the next 20 years as well.

Laz did a wonderful job inspecting and cleaning our AC units. He was very educated and took the time to share with me his knowledge. I asked lots of questions, which he didn't mind answering, and he provided me with some great recommendations. Each employee I dealt with was courteous, timely, and professional.

Josh arrived at our home promptly to perform a plumbing review. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered our questions effectively. He recommended we need a new garbage disposal and provided a quote for the work before he left our house. He completed the review quickly and was very courteous. I cannot say enough good things about my experience(s) with Canady's. Kyle has always been a tremendous help. Everyone is always professional and courteous, from the office staff (remember talking to Tiffany recently) to whoever comes to your house. The techs are exceptional- last one that visited was Kevin S. They go to the trouble to put on shoe covers before entering the house and leave things as clean as they were before arriving (or cleaner). Canady's sells outstanding products, are very knowledgeable about them, and stand behind their products/service. I feel that you get a good value doing business with Canady's. All of the employees seem honest and I never feel that anything is recommended that you don't need. Communication has always been stellar- about arrival times, how long something will take, products, prices, warranties, how something works .... A text is even sent beforehand letting you know who to expect, a little bit about the tech, a picture of them, and what time they will arrive. Pretty modern. Information is also received as hard copy and email. Unfortunately, it seems rare today that you have good experiences dealing with people/businesses so I especially wanted to take the time to leave a very positive review about these guys and their products/services. They deserve it! There is good reason as to why they have been in business for over 30 years. If you require any kind of heating/air help, give them a call. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Overall satisfied with the installation, Zack Bruner and Keith smith thank you for helping when ac went down two days later . Can’t fault there work stuff happens just glad ya kept me in communication even when ya couldn’t get to me . Love the new ac and ducts this house never cooled better .
