Every single member of the Canady's team that we've interacted with has been polite, professional, and proactive. From the initial phone call where we requested service, to the tech (Kyle) who came to assess our 15 year old unit that had given up the ghost, to the gentleman (Brandon) who explained all of the options for our new AC unit, to the three man crew (Raul, Michael, & Slade) who came to install the new unit -- everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did a phenomenal job.

We will continue to use Canady's for all of our maintenance and repair needs, as well as recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and reputable HVAC work.

Brandon was friendly, professional, and very thorough. He identified an issue with our system and made some recommendations for other maintenance. Overall, it was a great experience

I have come to expect great service from Canady's and as always you have not let me down. Austin took the extra time to answer any questions I had my system is working top notch. This was only my yearly service however my system looks brand new again. I really like getting updates on when my service tech is coming out and sending their picture so I know who to expect. Outstanding job Canady's for having such great customer service.

Keith was so pleasant and took the time to explain everything that he was going to do today. I keep my system maintained as suggested for the longevity of my AC unit. Keith had the foresight to leave a brochure to explain the I- wave V- which I’m very interested in since I feel strongly about purifying the air inside my home. I have used Canady’s For years and always speak highly of them. I have had Canady’s install and maintain complete systems in the 2 homes I own. Last week I had their plumbing department do a job for me for the first time and again totally satisfied. I highly recommend this company!

Willie Pray is an exceptional employee for Canady's he is courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in checking my system and told me what needed to be done to fix things before they became big issues. The whole experience from setting the appointment to the service call was professional and a no hassle experience. I highly recommend them.

I have used Canady's for several years. They have great customer service and their prices are reasonable. They give you plenty of notice of when they'll be at your home so you don't have to wait around all day. Our technician Willie is great! He's very friendly and personable. He is also very knowledgable and explains everything clearly. When he's done I know exactly what he did and if there are any immediate repairs needed, or any that can wait. I have them come out yearly for maintenance, which I recommend. I highly recommend Canady's.

Rick Glanz did an outstanding job. He was thorough, communicated everything very clearly, efficient, and overall just a kind person. Great experience with this company from reception (Angelica), to the courtesy call (Seth), to Rick our tech.
