They arrived on time, were very professional, and answered all of my questions (including those of my very precocious 5 year old son who “helped” as their “apprentice” the whole time). Even though no one WANTS to have to spend money getting a new AC unit, Canady’s service and professionalism made the process easy from start to finish!
Exceptional service! Raul and the team were thorough, polite, friendly, and accommodating; my new AC/heating system works perfectly; they cleaned up after the job so I had nothing to do; and they even alerted me to a dangerous gas leak in the crawl space. Raul made sure I knew how the new system works, and double-checked to be sure nothing was forgotten. I give them all two+ thumbs up. Thanks, Guys!

YOU REALLY GET VALUE HERE AND THE TIME THEY SPEND ON YOUR UNITS MAKING SURE THEY RUN RIGHT IS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE. purchased a new unit with Kennedy's about 6 months ago I'm relatively new customer however they're always prompt and professional and give me the best advice I won't mention the other companies use here in Savannah but let's say they claim they were experts. After the maintenance was completed on my two older units several suggestions were made to improve their service and life, I took those suggestions. Everybody should really be looking into this company it is family owned and provides the best service and quality equipment.
Alex did a rebuild on a tankless water heater installation. It looks so much more attractive and we are no longer concerned that the connections will fail at some point. Alex was polite and professional as always and dedicated to his work even though he was working very late. He is a valuable asset to Canady’s high quality service and workmanship
Rick Glanz is a great technician! We have had him before and as usual he did an excellent job! Very thorough and kept us informed of everything he was doing. Extremely polite and Canadys is fortunate to have him!
The service was quick and efficient. Justin W. arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He took the time to show me pictures and discuss the problem as well as all possible resolutions. After our discussion, I decided to have a replacement estimate performed. Justin was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to coordinate to have Hal come out the same day, Hal actually arrived before Justin was completed with the maintenance, to discuss my HVAC replacement options. Once Hal had completed his inspection, he took time to discuss all options available, cost, etc. He was very knowledgeable and able to speak about his long career with Canady's. HVAC replacement is stressful, especially when it is not expected. Hal was polite, friendly, and was able to make the process as easy as possible. After my discussions today with these gentlemen, I feel very confident I made the right the choice in calling Canady's. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to my new HVAC system.
My A/C went out of course on a holiday weekend!! I put in a service call at 8 pm Friday evening- Eddie came out right away 1 hr later! My motor was gone, but since it was under warranty a new one would be ordered but not until the following Tuesday & it was in the 90*’s!! Eddie got a different motor from his truck & hooked it up for me to have A/C until my motor got ordered & replaced! He was kind, caring, professional, & friendly! He made a terrible experience a lot better!!

He gets to work diagnosing the problems as soon as steps in the house as well as explaining what and why he's doing what he's doing. Their professionalism and knowledge is why I use Canady's.
We are very impressed with Canady’s. When we call during business hours, we talk to a person without going through a menu of options. I know this can’t happen every time but we have called twice about our ac unit and both times someone came out the same day and took care of the problem. Today we had Chris and he pulled out the poor little frog that short circuited the unit, replaced the board and we were good to go. Very nice and professional young man. Thank you Chris.
On the install they sent some young inexperienced boys out to do the install. Days later it started to leak. The second visit a tech came out and said he was gonna stop the leak but didn’t. Since then I have to climb up in my attic and drain the pain of water ever other day. The 3rd guy came out two days ago and put the caps on to stop the leaks. The same guy also tried to overcharge me for some surge protectors that are needed for the system in the event of lighting. The protectors should have came with the system when I purchased it. FYI the same surge protector he tried to say was $379 dollars are $75 on amazon, same model and manufacturer. Because of their incompetence I now have mold on my wall in the garage. Next time please send someone who has 20+ years out to service a customers HVAC. We spend too much money for poor service.
