    Quick! Efficient! Explained everything they did. AC unit went down and they were here within hours. Changed filters and looked over entire system. Prices were great. Actually signed a yearly maintenance with them. Great professional service!

    I called them because my air conditioner stopped working and It got very hot in my house. They couldn’t make it out the first day because I had called so late (after 5) but they did have a tech call me so he could walk me through how to shut things down so I didn’t further damage our system. We were out on the schedule for the next day. They called me 45 minutes out to allow me time to get home if I was out. Our tech showed up and he immediately diagnosed the problem being with our thermostat. After he fixed that, he went ahead and checked all the rest of the system, as it was due for annual maintenance (unknown to us, since we just moved in to the property a month ago). He also noted that the warranty on the system had only expired a week before and if there was any major problems that would be taken into consideration. He found a filter that needed changing. Before he did so, he let me look at what he was going to do, and even showed me the filter afterwards! I agreed it needed changing. We are now set up on their plan to have it serviced once a year. He was low pressure on getting me involved in that program. Having had one similar on our other house, I agreed to it. The cost was fair for what needed to be done. All parties I had contact with were very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

    Quick response to my call about a "dead" water heater. We knew beforehand which technician was arriving and when he would arrive. Justin diagnosed the problem quickly and worked with the manufacturer to confirm the failed part and get a replacement shipped quickly. We expect parts tomorrow so that the repair can be completed. Knowledgeable, totally professional plumber and great service from the office. Would use them again and recommend to others.

    As usual, we received amazing customer service from Canady's! The service tech, Kevin, was thorough and explained things so that I could understand them. The design rep, Brad, was amazing as well. We always receive excellent service from everyone. We have been using Canady's for several years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

    Rick with Canady’s did an amazing job performing some repairs and getting our AC back working again. Rick is super friendly and has a great sense of humor. He made the experience so enjoyable we wouldn’t have minded him staying for dinner! Top notch service.

    I am not happy with this company and would not recommend purchasing an AC from them. I purchased an AC from them 11 months ago and my AC is out and they will not replace it instead they want to do maintenance and force me to keep an AC that should be replaced. I waited 3 days in this heat which has been in the high 90s and yesterday was 103 with no AC. The technician Chris has been to my house 2 days in a row to repair my AC. The 2nd time Chris was supposed to arrive at 900a.m. I had to call asking where Chris was before he arrived which was a little after 1000. I was informed that my AC coil is out on my AC that isn't a year old yet. I immediately asked for a replacement because I just purchased this AC unit from them and should not be having such major repairs done. They refused to replace the unit but want to repair and while they search for the part to try to replace the coil they have 2 small window units they have place in my house. My house is huge, when I asked for a 3 AC unit I was told they only had 2 and would try to bring me another one on Monday today is Friday btw. I wouldn't recommend purchasing an AC or dealing with them for any of your AC needs. I will probably return the AC unit to them and have another company put an AC unit in my house. This is a lot to go through just to have your house cool for the summer months but I refused to be hot especially since I have major health issues and work from home. AC that works properly is imperative. Choose someone else! After posting this review I was contacted and my AC was replaced. This is the 2nd day and My AC has been working better then the last one they installed. Thank you for solving this problem in a timely manner! For it to be a new AC it isn't cooling properly. Are they sure it's a brand new AC unit!

    Canady’s installed my new system last July (2020) and it has worked like a dream. Today they performed my annual maintenance and changed the filter. Caleb was on time, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommended!
