Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning

I have used these guys several times and have been completely satisfied each time. They have worked on my air conditioner at home and at my office and really did a great job each time. Moncrief is our first call when our heat or air is not working. They came out on a Sunday morning when our downstairs unit went out and while there is a bigger fix needed, Roy was able to get the fan to work so we at least have ac until we can replace a very old unit. They are always on time ( even early which is great) and so helpful. They will be back this week to take care of the permanent fix. I definitely recommend Moncrief if you have a heating or air problem. Thank you Roy.

As always, Montcrief’s technicians take excellent care of my unit. It is in an odd space in an older home. Each year I expect to hear the “bad” news, but their maintenance keeps everything running smoothly. I greatly appreciate their technician’s professionalism and knowledge.

Moncrief is an amazing company, ranging from the people you speak to on the phone to their installers/technicians. Last Friday I had my furnace replaced by a crew of Jake, Diego & Daniel. In addition to their price being well within the market expectation, and the basic installation, they ran into any number of “additional” issues which they explained to me in detail. And for which I rightly expected an additional fee. Instead I was told, “This one’s ‘on us’ but if we find anything more, there may be something to discuss.” There were on more.

Once done they sat down with me and explained what was done, a number of improvements they had made (and which could have caused me future problems had they NOT been done), showed me where everything is located and what needed to be done. Professional, on time, cleaned up afterwards, went “above and beyond” in every measure. Oh, and both my wife and I noticed that we have better heating throughout the entire house than we have ever had! Thank you Moncrief!

I have had Moncrief for my annual service for less that 2 years. Wish I had chosen them, many, many years ago!

Julius is a great technician for Moncrief. Excellent service. We hope we get him for our next service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all our questions.

Very competent and knowledgeable, with a down to earth but professional attitude. Found the problems quickly without trying to sell new equipment - our experience with other providers. Reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars - arrived about 4:00 when range was between 11:00 - 3:00. Price was higher than expected but probably reasonable for what was found.

Daryl was great. From start to finish courteous and professional. Showed up when he said he would, was thorough and fixed our AC in in no time. I would recommend Moncrief without hesitation.

Moncrief sent a crew of 2 technicians to install a brand new Trane 2 ton air conditioner unit at my home. Lucas and Pablo were on-time, friendly, and efficient. They addressed all of my questions and concerns and more. They did extra work in my crawl space to fix an aircon water leak by installing a water pump and replaced the pipes to ensure water drains out properly outside my house.

I also checked online and confirmed that Moncrief’s charges were in line with the industry’s is terms of air conditioner unit and installation cost.

I am really impressed with their technicians’s strong customer oriented attitude and would highly recommend Moncrief because of this experience.

Everybody @ Moncrief cares deeply about their customers, keeping you up to date & letting you know the status of when your Technician is gonna be arriving @ my home. Met Ron for the first time & he was a great guy w/ a charming personality & was very thorough & professional w/ replacing my existing 3” flu pipes & replaced them w/ 4” so everything would then be officially of code & of regulation.
I also had Ron sign me up for their ‘highly recommended’ “Service/Maintenance Plan” (for the Spring & Summer’ & he had no problem signing me up & getting me started on that while he was already at my house.
So overall, another great experience by Moncrief in Ron (Technician) & their friendly Customer Service Staff in Laura & Cody!! 😃
