Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning

My very old HVAC system recently went out. And of course we are at the coldest days in GA. When I called Moncrief they had people come over immediately. Wayne and Darryl were professional, friendly and kindly broke the news that i needed a new unit. They then sent over Ken, who measured and gave me the final estimate - again, very professional and friendly and felt the estimate was fair. I was lucky that they could schedule the install the very next day. CW and Allan arrived right at 8am and spent most of the day installing and removing my old unit. They were fantastic. They laid out a drop cloth as not to get the carpet dirty - were again very friendly, professional and educated me on the unit and the new thermostat.

Each time i would receive a text from Moncrief confirming my appt and gave me the name of the person who would be showing up and a picture as well. This company was fantastic from beginning to end and can't recommend them enough!!

They never disappoint, calling advance of their arrival and throughout our years with them they have always gone above and beyond to fix a problem or maintain our system. A special shout out to Mubarak, our regular service technician. Beyond his pleasant personality, he explains the situation, recommends the solution and leaves us feeling confident that we are under his good care. I just bought a new home and I using Moncrief to service my HVAC unit. I can't say enough how happy I am with their service and professionalism. Julius was great to work with, he took the time to explain everything he did and how to operate my AC system.

I have used Moncrief Heating and Air for many years now. The work done last week was once again done by a true professionlal. He arrived on time, introduced himself to me, and went on to do the job I had requested. When the job was completed he left the house as clean as when he arrived. Left e mail contact Monday night, had a return call Tuesday morning, and a in person service call 2 hours later. Based on reviews and professionalism of Roy a tech with 13 years at Moncrief, I was very pleased. Executed service contract with them with no hesitation.

Moncrief came out for my fall service. When I moved into my home 4 years ago they installed a new HVAC system. Excellent job and great customer service. They may be more expensive then other heating and air companies, but they are they the best here in their industry. They provide great product, great service and informed technicians.

Moncrief responded quickly to a problem with my air conditioning system. The receptionist was pleasant and said someone would be able to evaluate the problem today. They contacted me 20 minutes before arriving and fixed the problem with great efficiency. Bob was pleasant, thorough, and explained why our ac unit would not start. I was pleased with the work done and as a result signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I would recommend Moncrief!

Technician was kind, helpful and very professional. During the service, he mentioned a couple problems, very clear on the cost and recommended remediation to address the concerns. Ultimately, the price was lower than anticipated, so we were very happy and plan to use the service plan going forward.
