Ta Kim has usually been the one to come service our hvac and has always been very helpful and friendly. This is the 3rd house we've used comfort control for and my parents use them also. Never a bad experience 😊

Vu is the best! The compressor malfunctioned causing the air conditioner to quit working. Vu kept me informed when the replacement part would arrive and scheduled an install right away. Vu is knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and completed the project quickly. I highly recommend Comfort Control and Vu Tran.

Update: Received a phone call shortly after posting this. Our technician said he quoted incorrectly on the wire replacement. We are looking at spending up to $600, if it's needed. I still hope it's not because I still think it's crazy to have issues with a 2 year old unit. (Even if it is just a wire.)

I feel like we always have issues with our HVAC. We replaced it 2 years ago - Brand new everything including the Zone Board. Now it started blowing warm air. It's supposed to be under warranty so I had a technician come out. He had a hard time figuring out what was wrong. Now I'm being told that it's a wire in my walls. Why is a wire just now giving issues? It will also cost between $600-$1200 to replace it, depending on how difficult it is. Their technicians are friendly, but I feel the company is way over priced and I just don't have trust in them anymore. We have paid over $6,000 for the problems we've had and replacing the entire system.

Vu Tran did an excellent job of informing me of what the problem with my air conditioning unit and what needed to be done to repair it. He helped me obtain discounts where I could and I am very appreciative. He did an excellent job!

I called Comfort Control Heating and Air on Sunday morning due to our AC had gone out sometime in the night. They were one of the only 24/7 HVAC companies available. Vu Tran came out within 5 hours, and diagnosed our upstairs AC problem within 10 minutes. He further showed me what the former HVAC company (one known here in the ATL area for many years) did not install/do and how it can affect the AC over time. After 1 hour, Vu had us back up and our upstairs has never been cooler. I have further noticed that the AC is working much better and it is not making the sounds as it was before. Vu was correct on his diagnosis of the system, and again it showed me that the former HVAC company did not install the system properly as it was missing vital components to help keep the AC running properly.

I'm very pleased with the service, and would highly recommend using Comfort Control Heating and Air for your HVAC services.

the cc tech came to my house this afternoon and met w my son in law, who kindly stood in for me. i got home at 630, and it was hot in my house. i checked the thermostat and found that the tech had set the temp at 85 before he left. r u kidding me? it was on 70 when he got here...

Tech was very pleasant and was very assuring that he checked my air conditioner for everything that could be a problem and it passed with flying colors He did suggest I could use a different filter but didn't push it whch I appreciated. Didn't give a 5 as he was an hour late...

Awesome service...Jon Fowler and his apprentice provided top notch service and I would recommend them...Garrett and Mayson on the sales side was awesome in presentation and professionalism.

Very friendly, competent and nice to have the sme technician every year. I was ready to replace the furnace and he reminded me I did the work in thr spring!
