Comfort Control Heating & Air Conditioning

The A/C quit running, called at 10AM (Saturday) an appointment for a tech to come out was scheduled from 12 - 2, tech was there at noon. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it. Professional, efficient service. We have a maintenance agreement with Comfort Control so the cost was very reasonable.

Had a great experience learning about new air conditioner units. The communication with the rep and me was great. Steve was very professional, wasn't in a hurry, answered all of my questions and there was no pressure to go with Comfort Control.

Installer was prompt knowledgable and professional . he uncovered some problems that went undiagnosed by the first tech. He was able to fix the new problems but this calls into question how thorough the first three service calls were. All the techs have been bright young people, on time and communicated well. Our system is 13 years old and was installed by a different company who replaced a 5 year old contractor grade system and eventually went out of business. I am sure this was not a routine job and luke was prompt in showing me where the new problem was located and was able to repair it instead of a new and costly copper line run. We have been under their preferred care program and it is well worth it.

I've been a customer of Comfort Control since last year when I signed up for their annual maintenance package. They do a great job and they think of the little things that make a big difference. First of all they send me a text and a picture of my technician when he's on the way to my house, which I like. They also put on disposable shoe covers before they come in so as to not dirty my floors. When I need to purchase any kind of equipment, which I did this particular time, I get a discount because I'm on their annual maintenance package. Highly recommend if trying to choose an HVAC company.

We had a technician by the name (Vu).
Mr. Vu was at my home in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Informed us what was wrong with the air conditioner and fixed the problem. We were very pleased with the service and are now cooling down.
We hope we can continue our service care with Comfort Control. We are new to Georgia and so far have had great help.
