Comfort Control Heating & Air Conditioning

Unhappy with my experience with Cool Air. They aren’t critical thinkers and will nickel and dime you. Stay tuned for my update on this review and the FULL story.

Service guy David C was excellent. He explained to me what the was doing and was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

The policies of Comfort Control were not so agreeable. I purchased both A/C units (1 for upper and one for lower levels) from Comfort Control 4 years ago. Now I appear to have a Freon leak and I'm responsible for it? These are Lennox systems, installed by CC... Should not be a problem so soon. The builder-grade units lasted 15 years before they started leaking.

I did not purchase any extra warranty, but it still seems pretty poor policy.

I came from extended vacation and my ac was again not working.
They were able to accommodate me sane day.
While the first tech failed to come in, even I called 7pm to see what happened, they sent somebody else right away.
The tech was knowledgeable, and showed me probably 3 different options in b how to proceed.
I decided to get a new unit, and he did a temporary repair that lasted at least 3 days.
The installation on the new unit was clean and trouble free, regardless the fact that I switched heating from electric to gas.
Communication was excellent every step.
I would certainly keep my business with them

Had my regular scheduled maintenance today with technician Steve. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly, performed the maintenance quickly and efficiently, and was very professional. Comfort Control Heating and Air Conditioning is a great place to do business with as they are very good at keeping you well informed, are professional and courteous.

For the past 10 years Comfort Control has provided us with excellent service for our HVAC systems. Recently we had our HVAC systems inspected and tuned up for the season by a top-notch Service Tech named Ty. Aside from being punctual, he was took all safety precautions appropriate for these times. Ty went right to work and completed the task showing a high level of skill and knowledge. His thorough explanation, supported by photos taken, gave us a clear understanding of our HVAC systems condition.

My HVAC system was not cooling so I logged the call which was assigned to Chris Sutherland and let me tell you that it was such a treat to work with him. He was on time and took all the safety precautions appropriate to recent times. He did the thorough diagnosis and fixed the issue in No time. I was amazed to see how skilled and knowledgeable he is, as he explained the details thoroughly and provided a clear understanding of our HVAC system. Not to mention but he responded to all my questions very calmly, few silly ones too 😋

I have been acquainted with Comfort Control for several years. The owner, Tom came out to look at our outside unit and changed out a module and didn't charge us. My daughter had had 2 liver transplants, along with being born with Cystic Fibrosis. Because she cannot sweat due to her disease, we had to have the AC running and Tom was gracious enough to help us out. We have had the inside unit replaced and the whole unit replaced 3 yrs ago. and who do you think we went with? Comfort Control! They have always been there for us so I say this with all sincerity that I can muster, If you need any AS/Heat repairs, cleaning, check up or any other service they provide, choose Comfort Control. They do it right the first time.

Ritha Kim was Awesome!! He was very professional! He arrived on time and explain his procedure from beginning to end. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and also informed me of future repairs to be aware of. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends!
