Galbreath and Sons has gone above and beyond to ensure our AC is in working order. After months of working with another local company assigned to us by the warranty company, we were still out hundreds of dollars and the AC was still not working (3 months with no AC in a Georgia summer is not bearable). I decided to reach out to Galbreath and Sons to have a fresh set of eyes evaluate the situation. Steven and Danny came out the next day to personally inspect our entire AC system. Although we had multiple complex issues going on, they got everything addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I am so thankful to them for getting everything back in working order. It is rare to find a company that truly cares about doing things the right way and not just cutting corners for a cheap fix. I recommend them to anyone I know that needs a heating and air company. I've been with Galbreath for over 10 years and have always been happy with the work and service. Recently, our home HVAC unit went out and the response and service from Galbreath was exceptional. Danny S. came out right away and assessed the problem and options. Throughout the entire job, he kept in touch, coordinated the whole process of replacing the unit and followed through with everything he said he would. That type of personal commitment, professionalism and customer focus is rare in today's world. Same with the installation crew. Charlie and Tim did a great job, paid attention to the details and made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything. I recommend them without hesitation.

The installation of our new HVAC system went very smoothly. They were thorough in their evaluations and explanation of options on what needed to be done. When we had a small problem the next day, they were quick to come back and address the problem! We were very happy with the whole experience.

Our bi-annual service was performed in a thorough and professional fashion by Brandon. He pointed out two components that needed replacement and one that was aging out and needed our attention. His courtesy and thoroughness were world class. We have been working with Galbreath & Sons since 2009 and have never once been disappointed.
