Galbreath replaced my total HVAC system last week. From sales to installation, my experience was terrific. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping me compare systems to fit my needs. Additionally, I appreciated his follow up after installation to go over the system and answer any questions. The installation team is one of the best I have worked with. They were prompt, neat and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about the product and the crafting the optimum installation plan. It is without reservation that I would recommend Galbreath as a service provider.

No hard sales pitch. Danny determined our system requirements and presented them professionally without a "sales pitch". The installation team was on time, organized and presented themselves as competent and professional. I would recommend Galbreath Air to anyone needing a HVAC system replacement.

Spent almost $7k on a completely new system less than 2 yrs ago. System recently went down completely, called Galbreath and they came and diagnosed the problem is less than 15mins. A wire had rubbed and shorted out in the outside unit. I question the quality of the installation and they said not our fault and charged me $224 to wrap some electrical tape around the wire and route it correctly. I even called their office to inquire about the charges after the technician left my unit open and his tools onsite. Manager told me he would have another technician come and inspect the entire system. That was 5 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them. I am very disappointed and would not recommend. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently hired Galbreath to install a minisplit hvac system in my house as a supplement for my upstairs room. They did a great job, installed a great product and went over and above helping us find energy rebates to save us money!
