Emergency on Friday night. AC stopped working. Called at 7:30pm, LM with answering service. They called me at 7:30 Saturday morning, service man here at 10 am. Air working at 12:30pm. Great service and great people.

Our technician, Devon was awesome! He checked our system and found some issues that could have resulted in problems down the road. He explained what he had found and told us what needed to be fixed and answered our questions. He also helped us decide on a new thermostat to replace our extremely dated dial thermostat that was on its last legs. He installed the new one, set it up and showed us how it worked. It has been great and we've had no problems at all. We couldn't be more satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Jacob Queen is a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. He is very efficient. and resolved our A/C issue very quickly, saving us the fear of having to buy a new A/C unit!

EXCELLENT! We have been using Dickerson Heating and Air for several years and they have always been very responsive to our service needs. We first used them to replace our old A/C unit and have since been on their yearly maintenance plan. Recently they replaced 2-bathroom exhaust fans and installed a whole house dehumidifier. Their customer service is outstanding! David Dickerson is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest as are his employees. The technicians are always polite, punctual and proficient. Dickerson installed two mini split systems. The price was good and communications and scheduling excellent. Thomas, Daniel and Sam did an outstanding job on the install. They were very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

What an awesome, caring, and responsive company. Our AC capacitor went out the day I left to go out of town for work with a 7 month pregnant wife at home. They were able to get us a tech out the same day, just a few hours after we called in the late afternoon! Devon was our tech. He was very professional, polite, and had everything taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Just a great, knowledgeable tech. Truly can't say enough good things about this company. So glad to now have our go-to HVAC company.
