The entire process with Dickerson was smooth and easily. An appointment for routine HVAC servicing was available within days of calling, the engineer (Trevor) arrived as schedule and called to let us know he was on his way. Trevor carried out the work in a professional, unobtrusive manner (important when we are all working/studying from at home) and communicated clearly. A positive experience across the board.

This company is AWESOME!! They repaired one HVAC and replaced my air conditioner and coil. My house had an existing Nest controller but it wasn't working so I bought a new one for them to install. Because they are Nest gold partners they were able to call in and troubleshoot... ultimately get me a replacement instead- this saved me like $200! In addition, Alex and Thomas were right on time, very professional (wore masks) and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company for all Heating and Air-related needs!! 5 stars!

Jacob was phenomenal. I rent an apartment that has constant issues with the AC unit, and he has been the friendliest and most useful technician to come and work on this unit. Dickerson has been nothing but excellent quality and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dickerson has only provided increible service at a reasonable price all four times I have dealt with them. I have both my HVAC and water heater through them. Highly recommend them!

Yet another service and yet another great experience!

Jacob and Joseph came today and knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended!

This company is the greatest! My heat went out and Jacob came out to see about fixing it. It did a stop gap fix but we knew I needed a new furnace. Sure enough out the next day. Thomas and his assistant came out and fixed me right up. Thank you to Maddie who walked me through getting financing! This company is my new go to for heating and air. So kind and professional!

Had prior visit set up for day after Memorial Day. AC went on the fritz and Dickerson sent Jacob, one of their techs and they fit me in with other calls he had. They had seven AC units broken other than me and were super busy but fit me in anyway. What a company! Great guy, great company!

We have used Dickerson for many years. They do a great job and we are always pleased with their service. They are trustworthy and priced fairly.

We have used Dickerson for many years and are always happy with the timeliness, professionalism, and competence of the technicians. JACOB is our technician and today, like each time he services our house, he was thorough and explained well what he did and what we need to do (or not do....like not moving a hose he placed so it's not on the ground) to keep our systems running well.

Cody woods came out to our house Saturday to repair one of our furnaces. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the repair completed within an hour. 3 days later our other furnace started acting up and Cody was once again our Tech. Not only did he fix it but showed me how to clear the issue if it was to ever occur again. Awesome job Dickerson and Thank you cody!

I’ve always used Dickerson heating and air since 2009 I keep coming back. Great customer. Service ,always satisfied work. Today my service technician was Jacob. Great name,,pleasant person ,outstanding job. Thanks again Jacob and the great advise u share about maintainability of my unit. God bless
